Giovanni did such an amazing job explaining things and helped me understand everything. Very knowledgeable and so professional!!! Was always there for you to answer any question or concern you had. He went above and beyond in trying to find me the best rate/loan. I am so glad and fortunate to have him help out with my home buying process. He was there from beginning to end in the whole process. I recently refinanced my mortgage with Arcus lending, I previously tried before using them and had nothing but problems. I dealt with Andy Christian he was very very helpful he answered every phone call, text, and email whenever I had a question. He was extremely knowledge and got me everything I was looking for when refinancing. I highly recommend using him when dealing with Arcus. He really made this process that could have been very stressful seem very pleasant.

I dealt with Andy Christian , numerous times , it has been nothing but a pleasure, he is responsive and keeps me well informed , every step of the way. He makes you feel like you are his only client. After refinancing years ago with Andy , he called me up a recently and advised me now would be a good time to refinance , well I did , and I’m now saving 300$ a month on my mortgage and it a dime out of pocket. If it wasn’t for Andy monitoring the market and contacting me , I would have still been at my old rate.
