One of the quickest and simplest loan processes my wife and I have experienced in quite sometime. The whole process took roughly 30 to 45 minutes. Sue was amazing and explained everything to us in simple transparent terms. It was very clear that she is incredibly knowledgeable regarding the loan processes they offer. Highly recommend this location for your short term lower amount loan needs.

Great experience with Jackie she was very helpful . Definitely visiting Instaloan again (A++ customer service two thumbs up ) Well it's 10 months later An instant loan Has great customer service but their 3rd party Came and picked up my car that did not know where it was all weekend Found that Monday morning And whoever picked it up broke my Ignition In order to move it Now I'm trying to find out who is responsible And I'm getting the run around

They get you in and out fast and treat you great but be prepared to pay your loan back in 30 days because if you don't you will be paying your life away for ever. The only great thing is seeing how lovely Nafeesa looks each time we come in. She's super nice and friendly.

Jorge Jimenez is certainly a professional and made us feel at ease. He was clear in explaining everything and made sure we didn't have any questions. Good place, good peple. The district manager was there and was extremely nice to us too! I highly recommend their services.

I paid my loan off they said it will be Friday July 1 2020 before I can pick it up from the dmv and it’s Friday now still haven’t released my tittle called them to find out what was going on and all they could say is it is out of they hands all they can do is submit a release form. I won’t go back to them
