Decent prices and nice things to purchase.

I have used them several times to do loans on items with no issues until today. Today I tried to get a loan on a laptop that I have had for over a year. I bought it in April of 2020 and still had the original box and packaging as I do with any new electronic I buy. I restored the laptop back to factory settings before I brought it in to clear my personal information and password off. I was told the laptop looked "too new" and asked to provide receipt by the guy that was "helping" me. In all of the times I have been here I have NEVER been asked to give a receipt let alone a receipt for an item purchased over a yr ago! Of course I didn't have it so another worker suggested I get it off the best buy app from which I got the laptop. I did that and showed the receipt showing when and where I got the laptop. Now it's not good enough because it doesn't show the serial number. It showed a pic of the laptop, my name, the model number, day I picked it up which matched the sticker on the box, and he still wouldn't help me. I really believe (I think TATE may have been his name) was being prejudice and implying my item was stolen. I was denied because I actually take care of the things I buy. Of course they will look new! He never even looked my name up so he had no intentions of doing anything for me from the beginning

Staff is really nice!! Three Eye are always very busy!! But, management fails to hold up their end of the agreement. If they break, lose, or what ever they do they don't make the situation right! No matter how much money they have made off of you!

Emoyees are friendly, willing to help if possible. The atmosphere itself is calm,relaxing and friendly. I would recommend them to the next person.

Cool atmosphere and staff. Little higher than the other pawn shops but has great service. Will be back!

Tate is rude!!! I'm sorry if you treat people like that you should not work with the public. He acted as if to help me hurt him. I've been going to this pawn shop for years, no problems until today. I will not be returning and be sure to share with everyone that I come in contact with. I would have given no stars , however Google Reviews do not have that option.

Tyler tried to buy my ps4 Pro put it in his system as a regular ps4. Tring to steal our dual remote charger. Thank God for the manager that understood the situation as long with other employees. Dont recomend going to him. He is rude and will steal from you
