Insight Credit Union FL, Inverness

The people here are so very nice and accommodating. I was having issues getting in my account after the update and when I stopped in they walked me thru the process to get it going again. It was so easy I felt kind of sheepish when I realized, if I had just kept the letter they sent me and actually read it thoroughly I would have gotten started back so much sooner. They are very gracious and patient people. I've never been with a better financial institution.

I've dealt with both Mandy and Diane on several different issues, and they went above and beyond to take care of me. Every time I've gone inside, they've been very helpful and considerate. Highly recommended!

We have been with this Credit Union since it was established over 30 years ago, when it was United Credit Union. I went today to the Inverness branch and I thought they would not cash a third party check. Which they didn't cash the check. However, I didn't like being treated like a 'crimnal" nothing was said but facial expressions tell it all. I think they need to know not all people are 'bad' or trying to do something against the law.

They have always been good to me. Making sure that they take the time to make sure I understand. I thank you all.

Not convienent, no Saturday hours,NO parking(Inverness),opens late!! Last time I was here Inverness opened 15 mins late, no parking space open; I was not happy.

I agree with the persons comment below. Everyone in office is extremely nice BUT when it comes to my finances and bank accounts being nice doesn't matter anymore. The online banking was only supposed to be down for 2 days Saturday and Sunday and be back up on the 18th here it is 3 days later and I can not for the life of me get any info on my accounts! This is absurd!

The staff inside the bank is very nice, after doing business for 2 years with this bank they have changed their website and yesterday I couldn't get in on my online banking, i called and was on hold over an hour until i hung up in frustration, today I tried again and can't get in the online banking again, no results. I waited 2 hours 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone.

ive been trying to call this credit union for 2 days to get a auto payoff, no answers yesterday i listen to the music on there hold , for 3 hours , and today its been 2 hrs, i wouldn't ever recommend anyone to join this credit union, this is a total joke. nobody will answer your call give it a try, i hear they also charge you to call them, im going to let the phone keep me on hold ,then then going on video you tube with the hold time live, as soon as someone answers, im pulling out all my money, there slogan is keep your money insight, thats a real joke, it should be keep it out of sight, they should be investigated there really sketchy, im getting very nervous, im going to drive there now and close my accounts, il keep you posted, so far its 2 hrs and 11 mins on hold, really , get your money out of there.

Horrible. Do they know this is the 21st century? Can only access account during business hours IF you are lucky enough to get through. Tellers are lack most basic knowledge and are very unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR MONEY! On top of everything too many fees

NICE place but too far from my home, maybe when Crystal River branch has been opened awhile. they will be more knowledgeable!!
