They are very friendly and nice people to do your refinance or for your first time buying a home. We been dealing with Dave Hartman for a very long time. And he always has been very good and honest while dealing with him. So next time you have to finance or refinance give him a try. I'm sure you won't regret it. He will also let you know if it's a good time or not to do it.

Inlanta Mortgage was even better than I expected. They were great with my original mortgage but I dreaded the thought of refinancing to get a lower interest rate and get rid of mortgage insurance. They are on it! Communication is fantastic and their willingness to work around my schedule actually made it a pleasurable experience. Never thought I'd say that.
