Very poor handling of the whole process. 2 year work history guidelines not explained. Getting final full approval the day before closing,, unacceptable. Not responding to all emails and text messages. .

Roy and Hannah are great to work with, they are responsive to questions and work hard to keep things moving. I highly recommend!
