Shelby was so pleasant to deal with! She was very cordial, professional and had the answer to several questions I had during the loan process without having to look up the answer or call someone else. I will absolutely be using Infuze Credit Union and Shelby for my next loan.

Staff is extremely helpful go out of the way to do everything they can to make your needs financially come true. They are not just a pretty face wanting to sell you things but they are very secure very upfront what they can do for you. I’d post 10 stars if I could!! Large purchases such as vehicles are always stressful, but Shelby puts you at ease with her big smile and friendly nature. I understand that all businesses, including banks, are understaffed with the current economic situation, but Shelby always makes you feel like you’re her top priority. She goes over and beyond for all of her clients. I hope Infuse recognizes that they have a GEM of an employee who is worth her weight in gold. I know her clients do!!

Renee has always been exceptional in helping me with decisions and troubleshooting issues for me on this account. Renee works in the MSC department or section of the Infuze company.
