Great company over here at Indy Wholesale Direct! When I’m not buying cars from them, I still love to stop in and see the friendly staff and look at all the cars. They have everything from classic cars to new exotics and everything in between. It’s also nice that most of the vehicles are inside a giant climate controlled building where I can shop in comfort. Highly recommend!

Bought a jeep 55 days ago and have been able to drive it 12-15 days. The rest of the time it has been in the shop. We spent $14000 on the jeep, $2000+ on the warrant, $300 on a tire within a week (the salesman said it was just low, but the side wall was bad) and well over $2500 (Indy Wholesale Mechanic said it was a $200 fix) in getting it fixed since we have had it. Warranty has covered $200, but not without a fight. They only would pay a small fraction of the mechanics labor so we had to cover it as well. Nothing seems to be covered. I never received a refund for the oil change that is also included in the warranty. It is back in the shop today because of more issues we could not get fixed before. I have been given multiple phone numbers to call, including the VP of the company, and have gotten no help. The mechanic said it looks like 2 Jeep’s were pieced together. I know it is used, but we trust that the vehicle has been checked by the dealership. This obviously is not the case at this location.

Nice people here, I could not afford the truck I came in for. They actually went out and found me the same model truck with a different trim level. The one they showed me had less miles and was a lot cheaper than the other. I feel like they went out of their way to make me happy and get me in a truck I liked. The guys were also nice enough to steer me away from less desirable vehicles during my trip there. Also the finance team got me a really great deal, I did not feel like they tacked on a bunch of stuff at the end and my rate was great for my credit score.

Was struggling on what I actually wanted and read my mind. MERCEDES LIFE COULDN'T BE ANY BETTER! SO HAPPY WITH MY NEW VEHICLE! VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FAMILY & FRIENDS!

I took my son here looking for a first vehicle. All the staff we worked with were extremely professional and courteous. They took the time to talk to my teenage son and worked with us within his budget. We got a good vehicle at a fair price. I would recommend them!

Tim and Zakeen were so helpful! They got me a great deal on my Subaru, and we’re able to help me out with getting my payment to where I felt comfortable. Unique experience but a great one. Not what you think about from a traditional dealership most vehicles in warehouse which was a great experience for a cold snowy day. Told them what I was looking for and price range and the first car they showed me was the one I ended up going with. Not because of lack of options because salesman new the inventory. Was late in the day on a Friday and Zakeem stayed to finish my paperwork up well after close. Had a couple small issues on vehicle like needed a new key fob they agreed and setup appointment to get it taken care of after my purchase. Found them via random google search and glad I did! Highly recommended

This was a very professional organization and we were treated with the utmost respect. Jason handled the title transfer and paperwork with ease. We had a smalll mechanical problem that required an overnight stay. The finance manager graciously paid for the hotel and dinner that evening. Everyone I told about Indy Wholesale were impressed with their service

...It was a decent experience, until it came to them holding to their end of the deal... Quick and mostly painless and to the point. Good people to work with until work is needed. 1/10, would probably not recommend. I had my truck for the first 5 weeks and maybe was able to drive it for 2. I was instructed that if there were any issues or concerns to bring it back to them within the first 45 days, which I had, but they acted as if i was a hindrance the entire time as I had multiple issue that I had only wanted to be inspected and covered under warranty if it was able. They still after a few weeks had not submitted the paperwork for my truck with the warranty company, I usually would never purchase a warranty but felt that since they had listed that it will include a service agreement with oil and filter changes, windshield wiper replacement, and light bulb replacement, I figured I would give it a shot. I was a struggle to get them to service it before I took full possession, and I shall see how this "service agreement" holds up when it comes due for service. Here I am four months later and have yet to have anyone respond to my messages or calls since it was last in their shop, which they still never had fixed my vibration issue from the beginning that they said was an alignment issue ha!... they did seem to try and help at first, but I was also promised in writing that they were to purchase and program a new key fob for my wife that was supposedly ordered the next day... will not be back and will not ever recommend unless issues are resolved. My wife was also promised a Starbucks gift card for us leaving a review on here and I was to get a full tank of fuel from under a quarter tank where it was the first day I drove it home, but nothing will probably ever come of any it.

Just recently came to purchase a Tacoma with some people, and the salesmen there were great! They were able to work out a price that worked for us, they were very knowledgeable, friendly, not to mention funny :) I would definitely recommend these guys, even if it means driving 300 miles like we did! Thanks once again!

Not too bad of an experience Bought a nice 2012 WRX from them a month or so ago. But these performance cars are plagued by engine failures. So now I am stuck having to replace my engine. The owner of the business contacted me and offered his assistance and condolences which stands out as admirable. He offered a deal on labor to make it right, but I declined I declined warranty and bought the car as is. It is my problem to handle and will be a great experience when it's done. A new built monster engine with 0 miles on this beautiful dark grey hatch back. When you buy a car you expect it to run a long while but sometimes the previous owner abused the engine without anyone knowing and being able to foresee.

My girlfriend and I came in with a trade in wasn't expecting to get approved at all definitely expected to leave without a trade and man was we wrong. Got a 2017 chevy Colorado fully loaded and really good payment got my interest lowered and awesome deal, very affordable. Completely all smiles for sure even the girlfriend was very excited. Great experience glad I made the trip !! **edit** One month later I have gotten to drive my truck for ten days out of 40 due to a-timing chain tensioner issue apparently it’s common with the 3.5L. Thankfully my finance guy talked me into getting the warranty. It took me calling and getting the dealer to help me call but the warranty company covered the failed component. They would not cover suggested maintenance and honestly that makes since. But Indy Wholesale did me right. Now getting my registration will be my next task as I still haven’t gotten it yet. But that’s small fries still five star and recommend this facility.

I would not buy another car from them. They promised me a part that they failed to put in the paperwork. When I insisted it was put in . Mr Valentine added it . Then he asked for the paperwork back. When I left , the page was missing. Shame on them. I would give them 0 stars if I could ,because at least 4 people lied right to my family's faces.

I would like to share my experience. It all started when I got online at there website looking for a Jeep Wrangler, decided to fill out their “pre approval”, which if course said I was pre approved. I am sure it says that with everyone, it asks for no personal info like social etc so I don’t see how it tells them anything. That lead to a very nice lady name Krissia to reach out to me . We spoke back in forth several times through text about what I was looking for and so forth and that I am a co signer on my husband 20,000 truck and also used my paid off car title as collateral for a camper. She told me that they see this all the time. I also told her my credit is low but all my bills show paid on time and I have good job time. She again said they work w this all the time as well. So I decided to drive up to 96th street and see this Jeep. I arrive and am greeted by a sales person named Tim, very nice , energetic type guy. I began to tell him about my credit , which I say is about a 550 maybe 530 but have good income and job time. His outlook changes somewhat , but still very friendly , he shows me the Jeep but doesn’t offer for me to drive it. We walk back into his office area . He submits the actual application and within 5 minutes comes back and says I would need a co signer .. now not too surprising… I start to leave and he says wait let me get my boss, so I meet a nice gentleman named Gordon. Now he asks me if my husband would co sign and I said I don’t know but will ask him. He asks a few mild questions about my husband , leaves and comes back very shortly and says … I think that if he signs we might be able to get this done…so.. fast forward.. my husband submits a credit application to co sign.. but now , we no longer here from Tim nor Gordon. Jason is our finance guy.. I had prev told him we didn’t want him to submit to 5-10 places so he graciously only submitted to the Community credit union. Now everyone there were told my credit was low and my husbands was in the 600s. Jason who is very nice , called and said we are denied due to new medical collections and “if” he could get around that.. they wanted 40000 down on a 26,895 vehicle. Now, I say all that to say this…indy wholesale direct is very friendly place but they over emphasis the probability of getting you financed just to get you in the door just like any other big dealership. I bought a car from Auto Credit builders 5 years ago, put 500 down on a 14,000 car , paid it off and still drive it today. My husband has a 2015 f150 that he bought from a small dealership for 20,0000 w/ $1000 down. My point to This whole thing is that sometimes the small dealerships are able to help us people w low credit scores way more then there big ones. Granted the small ones use more sub prime lending but they are more affective in getting low score people into nice cars for little money down. Indy wholesale direct is a very nice place w very nice people thou. Update. I have since purchased the same year jeep with 10,000 less miles and pretty much the same accessories from a smaller Indianapolis car lot. It came with a warranty and the owner wanted my business low credit or not. He went mile high to earn it all for $1,000 down. Sometimes it’s the smaller car lots that help us lower credit people.

I Bought a 2009 Buick Enclave from These Guys September 2021 , I didn't make it to the One Year Mark . On June 28th 2022 My Grandson and I where Waiting in line of the Drive Thru at Church's Chicken on Lafayette Rd. In Indy , Out of the Blue a Fire Started under the Hood of the Car , Thank God we got Out and were Okay. The Vehicle is a Total Loss. $10,700.00 I paid for the Vehicle. I'm very Disappointed in this Place ! I would be a little Scared to Buy here Again and I Need Another Vehicle !

I recently purchased a 2008 Impala from them 3 months ago and I’ve drove it less than 3k miles. I’ve only had the vehicle since October and every orifice is leaking, throwing multiple codes, found a lot of hack work with the exhaust and electrical not to mention. This vehicle sounds like it blew a head gasket, and runs super rough. I’ve let it sit for months since I’ve had a company vehicle and I’ve worked on it since I bought it. They assured me they had it inspected and maintained but I received a carfax with a nam title and it’s been in numerous states. I’ve tried to reach out numerous times to the manager and have gotten no-where. This vehicle wasn’t worth $5500, BEWARE of this Company. They’re a huge scam and blatantly don’t care when I expressed numerous times I needed something reliable because I have a 20month old son. UTTER GARBAGE!!!!!!!

Bad customer service. Sold me a car with a terrible oil leak. Have been trying tediously to reach someone Also was told the clutch was fine lol clearly not the case. The oil leak they attempted to just put rtv some o rings and copper on ended up blowing my head gasket and of course they crooks do not answer their phone or attempt to make anything right. Just a bunch of run around nonsense.

Bought a 2014 Volkswagen sports wagon on 10/22 and the brake light was on when they first showed it to us. I told them my concerns about it because it was for my wife to run my grandchildren around and she does a lot of that. They had their service dept. look at it and assured me it was just brake pads and they should be able to get me in the following week. I tried to call their service dept. the following week and left a message and no one called me back. The brakes went completely out and left my wife and grandchildren in a bad spot. If you’re reading this DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! If you do buyer beware because they don’t care about you after the sale. I am writing this on 12/01 and still haven’t heard anything from them. Those brakes just cost me a lot of money and they were supposed to fix the sun roof too and haven’t.

They gave me a very great deal on my new 2016 kia soul with very low miles . Highly recommend this place . Thank you once again !

A different experience. Many vehicles inside a warehouse and vehicles outside. The buying experience was quick once we found the vehicle that was within our budget. Sales didn't try to pressure us into anything outside our budget. They were honest with the history of the vehicle and if the vehicle was not that good, they didn't hesitate to tell us it had issues and we might think about something else since we were needing reliability for our teenager. Finance was smooth and didn't take long to get through. They will accept cash, checks, etc.

Just drove 2 hours for a truck that looked immaculate in the pictures Very noticeable 12 inch plus scratch dent along bed Once I got there I saw all the dents on the truck that was not included in any of the photos Seat ripped was just out of sight of all pictures there was water damage to the head liner A bent bumper The steering wheel was literally on upside down Smoke coming from the engine bay when running Belts squealing when running One of the fender flares was completely missing and one was on its way to falling off Random wires hanging underneath the truck black hand prints on the interior I drive a heavy duty truck on a daily of the exact same model and know exactly how it is supposed to run this was no where near acceptable The sun roof was literally wet all around the edges. The lifted black f250 they have is a complete p.o.s. Do not trust the photos they are very deceitful Truck was not even close to clean at all As soon as I touched the truck I had black dirt all over me The power seats did not even work Parts missing off of the side of the seats which is not shown in the photos. Brakes barely stopped the truck Do not waste your time with this company If they post photos of a vehicle all damage and issues should be addressed and advertised not to have you drive 4 plus hours round trip just to look at some hillbillies slapped together truck that they wanted 23k for absolutely a scam .

We bought a 2004 Toyota Celica and I have to say the experience was really really good one, from the whole selection of vehicles to the very nice people helping us out. Before we’ve gone to other dealers but out of all of them the most helpful from the looking process was this location, we will most likely come back to buy another vehicle when we need it, totally recommend it.

I recently bought a Dodge Dart from here. Within the first week of owning it the AC stopped working, the truck stopped working, there was oil on top of the engine and coils, and the car shakes when not driving. We absolutely hate this car. I tried to reach out to them, to just see if they would trade it in, I had to call more than 6 times and leave multiple emails. I even had my boyfriend calling them, they lied to my boyfriend saying that they had already spoken to me, which wasn’t true. When signing the papers they didn’t even explain anything to us, added gap insurance and a warranty saying it was included but ended up being $4000 extra… they also made us put a review before leaving. Exact words “go to google look up Indy wholesale direct, hit reviews, hit 5 stars…”

first time coming here to buy a used car and I experienced excellent customer service with a wide variety of cars to choose from. I didn’t end up having to look at any other car dealerships before confidently buying the perfect car for me.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with his place and disappointed that I have to leave this review. We bought an “off lease” BMW from this dealership and it has turned out to be an absolute lemon. It was driven in New York and has extensive salt and corrosion damage. They sold us a completely useless “Integrity Wrap” warranty for $2,300 told us it would be equivalent to the BMW warranty and would cover bumper-to-bumper if we ran into any problems…that couldn’t be farther from the truth, they told us they would help us with any claims we need to file and that’s been absolutely false, they have been absolutely unhelpful. John Turrieta, who sold us this warranty has provided no help whatsoever and completely misrepresented the coverage provided. The warranty company finds ways to weasel out of coverage. Make sure if you buy any cars from this company that you do a thorough undercarriage inspection. Also, do not be scammed into buying the useless warranties they push, they misrepresented ours completely.

Waste of my time and drive. I drove 30 minutes to look at a cheap $5,000 car and they couldn’t find it more like they didn’t even have it. They kept trying to sale me something else something I didn’t come there for something That would’ve cost more money than I would’ve spent. The lady on the phone said they had a car right in their shop but when I get there somehow they couldn’t find it. She lied to me had me drive 30 minutes so they can sell me a raggedy axx $30,000 car

So far it’s been a great experience for the time we came here. Friendly staff, hard working and clearly dedicated to their jobs

My husband is 7 ft tall, so finding a vehicle he can fit in is difficult at best, but the service department was able to make some adjustments to the seat of the vehicle we wanted so that he could fit in it.

We are very happy with Indy whole sale. Great price and customer was awesome. Zakeen Valentine did a awesome job getting me financed.

I had refrained from a written review as to leave the matter in bed; however, Indy Wholesale Direct as left a misleading remark to hide behind legal ambiguity left on the linked order. If you read the order it simply states that the court ruled in favor of Indy Wholesale. The issue can only be assumed to have been resolved in this manner based on the court deciding that warranty claims trump consumer protections. I still content Indy either did not conduct a proper inspection of this vehicle or intentionally misrepresented its condition. I would never do business again with such an unethical business regardless of their legal winnings.

Hey I purchased a car from here and let's just say these guys have really great customer service. You will walk in to a very professional and friendly environment, ask for Elliott. I loved everyone especially their helping retired test driver rider Don. I'm only giving 4 stars because the car bumper I chose was hanging, and someone told me before I purchased it that they would get it fixed. When I decided on the car and got approved he told me that he was misinformed and that the bumper was supposed to be sold as is. I understand mixed up communication but when u tell someone something and then another happens it's kinda frustrating. Outside of that situation these guys will take care of you.

Sold me a car that has a blown motors and was left underwater so I can’t even get a new motor put in it. I have it sitting at Toyota that I owe $1,200 just for finding this out. And wholesale won’t help at all or call me back. They screwed me and knew they were when they did it now I’m out $10,000 on my car and $1,200 for trying to fix it. I would never ever recommend them at all. I would pay someone to not go there.

Picture and description of vehicle online was nothing like the actual car they showed us when we got there. Inner door panel missing, console split, bad brakes, rust, and nearly every light on the dash lit up....and way overpriced. And this was in the first 3 minutes of inspection. Took us to another "similar"car that was thousands more than our planned budget. Walked out. Why do these places do this?

Found a car posted on Facebook by them for 3500 dollars, went looked at it, it was great all except it needed and new oil sensor, so they told us they would fix it and they would call within 3 hours, before leaving we confirmed the price of 3500 and was told if that’s what it was online they would honor it, they never called so we showed up, they then said that the motor was rattiling which it wasn’t and that’s why the price was raised, they told us they couldn’t sell us the car either way because it couldn’t pass inspection, so we had my cousin call and set up a test drive for the exact car and they set it up and asked her to get there ASAP fast forward 10 minutes after leaving and telling them I’m gonna leave a review they text me and say they will sell it at the price on Facebook. Verrryy shady buisness going on here would not recommend
