This bank is top-notch in every area of service I've experienced, from the tellers to the loan office, I could not be more impressed with the attention to detail and emphasis on customer service. That said, my wife and I would recommend to anyone looking for a loan, to consider talking with Josh in the loan office. He made a potentially stressful transaction of financing our vehicle, one that left us feeling confident and comfortable. Josh answered every question we had for him, was always available to explain anything we didn't understand in the process and did so in a very customer friendly but professional way. Additionally, when actually going through with our vehicle purchase, Josh went above and beyond to make sure all of the paperwork was available before the close of the business day.
