    I have no idea why you changed your hours to where you close at 4:30 instead of 5:00 but I'm utterly disappointed.

    So I just walked in to open an account here in Paducah Kentucky and the woman was extremely standoffish she couldn't tell me any information about the account as far as fees how overdraft works and they won't even offer you overdraft protection and threaten that if you overdraft three times in a six month period, They take away your card and make you pay $100 fee to get it back.
