Best pawn shop I’ve ever been in they had a nice selection of guns (pistols and hunting rifles). It was clean and unlike the many pawn shops I’ve been in the people actually cared, wanted to help, and most of all they were extremely nice. The prices were pretty great as well. Wish I had one like that shop where I live.

The name has changed, but this is still the same good old shop that it always has been - but with big improvements! Their selection of firearms is fantastic and consists of both new and used, and they do a good job of keeping their stock up to date. Also, a great selection of tools and fairly well-maintained musical instruments/accessories. Everyone working here is friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Definitely a big difference from the rather cold indifference I experience at other pawn shops. At this point, it's safe to say that I consider this my go-to place! These folks will work with you, whether you're looking for something or you have an item on loan. I feel that it is also worth noting that the handgun I had on loan with them was in PERFECT condition when I got it back out. Not even a speck of dust after being in there for quite a long time - so you can be sure that anything you pass over will be well taken care of. Excellent experience every time I have walked through the doors and a well-deserved 5 stars!

Great Service, Everyone was friendly. I had inquired about a camera from Facebook, and they got back to me quickly answering anything questions I had. Im more than happy I found this pawn shop, I got just what I need.

The guys here are wonderful. My wife went in to purchase a gun and they were very helpful. They reminded her that she also needed ammo and even showed her some basic gun safety before she left the store.

They broke my toolbox refuses to replace it or fix it. Kept 30 pieces out of my tool kit and refuses to replace them. They said my box wasn't broken.... just missing a piece. When I asked if all my tools was there they lied to me and said yes all was there. Bad business practices there.... be better at Cash America or ANY other pawn shoppe.

Man, lemme just say this first... I hate pawn shops. Not because of them, but because I lost TONS of valuable mementos over my younger years “selling” it to pawn shops. Swore years ago I’d never do it again. Until I had this emergency come up and went and saw these guys... super cool, fun attitudes, they gave me the fair amount I asked for my way more expensive laptop, and I’m leaving this review before I even leave the lot because I promised them I would. They have already been the best pawn experience I’ve had, no wonder they’re one of the highest reviewed shops in Arlington 👍 Thanks IncrediPawn and your awesome staff!! P.S. I WILL be back next Friday for my beloved laptop guys, money in hand, see ya then and thank you so much for helping me get this emergency situation under control, phew 👍

I've been going to these guys for quite a while and always had a good experience. Great selection of firearms and always something interesting. Flexible on layaway and just generally really cool dudes. Highly recommend.
