He was straight forward and transparent while negotiating the deal. He has been very pleasant and communicative the entire process which made it very efficient for us. This is the third vehicle since 2012 I have purchased from this location and more notably from Hany Arian. I have always found him and everyone at the dealership to be helpful, fair, and most importantly very reasonable when it comes to price and negotiating. If you are looking for Toyota, I would highly recommend you stop by or call the dealership and ask for Hany. Special mention to Bob, Sales Manger. Fair, trustworthy, and committed to doing what right for the customer.

I had a positive buying experience with Imperial Toyota. I got the car I wanted at a fair price. I did have to wait for the car to be delivered from the factory before officially buying it - but that is an issue at many dealers right now. However our sales rep, Jose M, kept us updated through the delivery process and was very responsive. Once the car was in, we were able to quickly finalize the deal and drive off with our new car. I would return here if I were buying again.

My parents and i went to checkout some cars on a Sunday, we called before just to confirm if they would have anyone that spoke Portuguese there that could probably assist me with translating for my parents as they do not speak much English. They told us that the manager spoke Portuguese and was glad to help, which was a quick relief for us.When we arrived at the dealership, everything was very organized and pleasing.We were immediately approached and assisted by Pat ( salesperson).Let me tell you if you ever go there request PAT and DESIREE! He was so patient, welcoming, informative, kind, and professional even with my parents having a language barrier. So after looking down at some cars, my mom came down to a decision of what she wanted, we headed back in and did paperwork and were introduced to Desiree who took us in to talk over insurance and payments. Desiree has the most amazing personality, she is hilarious ! We absolutely loved her. She was very informative and knew what she was talking about. She held in a lot of patience with us and we really do appreciate it, you can really tell she is a great person inside and out just by when you meet her.The manager there that helped us with translating in between when needed was also very polite and educated. Went to buy a new car last week. The team went above and beyond to ensure that I received a car that fits my own lifestyle. I'm happy with both the purchase as well as the overall service I received. Amer Hajou went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to use all of the functions my car is capable of. He let me test drive it, set up the remote starter app with me and most importantly made sure that I understood exactly how to access all the features my new ride offers. We drove an hour to the dealership, and kind of liked the car but due to some serious issues we decided to move on but manager (Eric Mamede) agreed that we can negotiate few hundred bucks, but then when we went inside he was like my price is already too low, I cannot even do a dollar discount and I will not get you a 2nd car key. He was rude not even sorry that he can’t lower the price or that he cannot make extra key within the car price. (Note: car had bad dog smell, all 4 door panels were scratched from top). Worst ever experience of my life at the dealership. I was shocked espacially because it was an authorized large Toyota Dealership, i could never imagine Toyota managers would be that rude, unfriendly. Yes, i can understand sometimes they cannot negotiate the prices but there is professional way to have conversation with customers. We were 100% willing to buy the car, but the way he spoke to us and the way he rejected our demands (which he initially willing to negotiate) we were not gonna buy even if he were to give us $1,000 discount. Worst experience. You can’t say you are willing to negotiate the price and then 10 minutes later you say u cannot even take a dollar off because the price is already low enough. Shame on you!

Found a 4Runner TRD Pro online and called to check availability. They confirmed it was still available so I told them I’d be there in an hr. They took down my info and said they’d be waiting. I was met with a smile and a handshake by Hany. I let him know I called etc. He brought me right to the truck and started showing me the feature etc. No pressure whatsoever. We talked for a bit about the changes for the new models vs. my 3 year old truck. He brought the truck outside for me and after a nice test drive I decided I wanted the vehicle. They offered a fair amount for my trade. And after a very brief back and forth, I had a new truck! The staff were all great and friendly and I never got any pressure to buy. They just wanted me to have a good experience. And I did! I took delivery of the truck yesterday. The runner (Bob) for the DMV was amazing too. Hany text me and called me throughout the process to make sure everything was going smooth. A great dealer top to bottom. I hope to buy from again and highly recommend.

Brought my truck in for brake noise. I even narrowed it down to the side and wheel. Was told by the advisor “no noise was heard”. This noise happens daily. They already replaced a caliper on the same side, and it is clearly the other caliper as well. I had the truck making noise, 5 minutes after i left the dealership, clearly no one drove the vehicle except for around the dealership, to find this brake noise that is easily diagnosable. This place is disappointing to say least, coming from someone who is also in the automotive service business. I need to find another dealer, too bad since i bought the truck from them too. Incompetent techs and advisors who dont listen or care.

Matt in sales was very nice and helpful. But David in financing was the exact opposite. After saying no to some things he tried to add on to the vehicle we were 100% buying, he became extremely rude and barely spoke to us. He was mad. Proceeded to give us statistics of break downs and problems. Should we even be buying this vehicle if Toyotas have this many problems? He wasn’t doing a great job at selling Toyotas being a reliable product. He didn’t want to deal with us anymore and didn’t want to answer any of the questions we had. I don’t recommend financing with this location. Not worth the aggravation or the mistreatment.

I was looking to trade a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with 60K in pristine condition on a new 4 Runner Sport listed on the Imperial website for $47, 059. Met a nice salesman who gave the manager my keys and a list of upgrades I had typed out that were done to my Jeep (including new Rubicon wheels/tires and a $900 Sony infotainment system). He comes back with a “generous offer” of $12500. I was sure he got the numbers mixed up, but no, that was the offer. I then showed him the KBB trade in value (taken from the Imperial Toyota website) showing the book value of my Jeep as between $25,437 and $28, 754. All of a sudden, the trade in offer changed to $25,500 and they were willing to give me a Veterans discount of $500. I was leery of their initial shady dealing, but it seemed like a good deal so I accepted it. I go to sign the papers and suddenly the price of the 4Runner jumps to $51,604! At that point, I walked out the door. I might be an old Vet, but I’m not a dumb Vet. Go elsewhere. Photos of my Jeep and the KBB valuation enclosed in case someone thinks I’m exaggerating.

Absolute worst auto shopping experience ever. I Identified a vehicle I wanted to purchase from a web search. I clicked the "check availability" button on the website and was contacted via SMS by their representative that the vehicle was, in fact, available. I set an appointment for that day via SMS with the same representative which concluded with "please text me if the car sells before I get there." She acknowledged and directed me to the person I should speak with upon arrival. I drove from New Hampshire to Milford, found the assigned representative who was expecting me (name on whiteboard behind him) who cavalierly told me vehicle is in transit and expected to show up in 2 to 3 weeks. The "Sales Manager" didn't apologize - told me that "it is available" - guy right out of central casting. I am writing a formal letter outlining my experience to the District and Regional Management Teams as well as to Toyota Corporation of America. I'm a busy guy and never write reviews - this treatment was so egregious, I'll make an exception in this case. Toyota I am extremely disappointed you let people like these damage your brand with their carelessness and lack of customer orientation

I just purchased a 2018 Certified Used Toyota Rav4 SE from Imperial Toyota in Milford, Ma. My sales rep was Kevin Fortes-Silva. Kevin was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL during the entire experience. He was very professional. I especially liked his wonderful positive attitude. I appreciated the cooperation I received from management also. Buying a new or in this case "new to me" vehicle can be a very stressful undertaking. Thankfully, Kevin and management made it much less stressful for me.

Terrible experience. I called Imperial Ford to schedule an oil change / tire rotation and was directed here for express service (which couldn't be further from the truth). After calling on the phone, being given two options for a time to come in, and choosing a time I headed to the dealership (which was 45 minutes away). Upon arriving one of the service advisors was visibly upset at an issue which became worse when I attempted to check in. He called the Ford dealership to complain about them sending me here, that they had no record of me coming (other than my phone record), telling me it would a be 2-3 hour wait, then proceeding to go to lunch before even checking me in. Luckily at least one of the advisors was acknowledging me and asked if I had been helped before being stunned that I wasn't after the advisor abruptly left for lunch. Eugene made this experience much better by assisting me when he overheard and noticed the issue. If not for him this would be a 1 star review. I appreciate his prompt and courteous service and hope he is recognized for it. This at least made the almost 3 hour wait bearable.

I bought my used Toyota Prius here years ago and I keep coming back for service because the people are so friendly and helpful. They will tell you when don't need something done as much as when you do need something done. I actually like waiting here because they have such comfy chairs but also they have desks where I can actually get a lot of work done while waiting--sometimes more than my office! Ivan helped me the last two times I visited and he was great.

worse car buying experience. said I only wanted 60 month loan and came back with a 72 month loan not telling me until I was signing the papers. went from telling me I could drive it home that night to taking over 3 weeks. asked about trailer wiring never heard back. was set to meet at a local DMV to register it and told us the wrong one 1.5 hr away. and delivered it with 3 leaking tires.

When I went to Imperial Toyota in Milford, a couple of days ago, I had a car on my mind. After I had closed the deal, I realized that I could not afford that car, yet. I had to choose a more affordable car which could have made me feel unhappy, but thanks to Matt Auger’s patience and willingness to help, I left the Imperial dealership feeling very happy because I got an amazing car with a monthly payment that fits in my budget. Matt Auger’s professionalism did not end when the papers were signed. I had a ride problem. Imperial could not provide a shuttle ride because my town is out of their catchment area. Matt offered to deliver the car to my front door. I cannot find words to express how amazing this experience was due to Matt’s kindness. I strongly recommend Matt Auger.

I highly recommend that you go see Erica Carbone (Yes, another Erica!) at Imperial Toyota if you are thinking about buying or leasing a Toyota. I had been to numerous dealers over the course of several months before going to Imperial. Although I had dealt with some very nice salespeople, no one matched the level of service that Erica provided. She was determined to find exactly the right vehicle to meet my needs, and she seemed to have endless patience! When it came to signing a contract for the lease, I was very nervous, since I had never leased before, and she was willing to answer all of my questions once again and to clarify every single detail. I am 100% satisfied with my leased RAV4 hybrid. I also returned to the dealership a few times with questions about bluetooth connection, android ap usage, etc. Erica explained everything very patiently. With a little bit of help, I was able to easily manage the bluetooth and ap technology. I am very impressed with all of Toyota's new technology; the driver safety system, the sound system, and android ap interface are all very user friendly. The JBL sound system is outstanding. All in all, driving the new RAV 4 is an enjoyable, low-stress experience.

I drove to this Mass dealership from CT to look at a 2021 Toyota Tundra Pro they had just taken in on trade. The salesman Hany had the vehicle parked out front and waiting for me when I arrived. Both he and Sales Manager Bob were super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m honestly not a big fan of David in their Finance Dept but Hany & Bob more than made up for it. They kept their word and even cut/programmed a 2nd key for me. They quickly responded to texts/emails. I got a great used (Certified Pre-owned) truck at a fair price. He took very good care of me knowing that I had back issues and my old car was filled with my things that I still couldn't put in my apartment after I moved. Great experience with Imperial. Tough market to buy a car right now of course, with inventory selling before it even arrives. We talked to Imperial in March, and they called us anytime they had notice of the car we wanted coming to them. Got a call Friday night about a shipment coming in late night Friday, made an appointment for Saturday afternoon, and they held it for us even though another couple was already looking at it when we arrived. Julio and Jose were great to work through the whole process with us, and we would look at going here again for next car needs.

Had a regular customer traveling; he called in a panic wasn’t sure about his extended warranty etc and car had a no start. I reached out to the service department and Curtis was awesome. Great experience all around. I primarily worked with Hany. Hany was great all around- very easy to get in touch with and very responsive.. I am new to the Toyota brand and I purchased a 2022 Highlander with confidence and rather quickly thanks to him. Dealer was clean, there was a kids area which is great when trying to make a big purchase with a big family. Vending machines on site if you get hungry while you wait for your new car lol. I’d like to give a big thanks to one of the service advisors, Jarrett, who went above and beyond. I brought my Highlander in to have a flat tire repaired. The tire needed wasn’t due to come in until 2pm and I had a meeting that I needed to leave for by 3pm at the latest. Jarrett gave me multiple updates all day and as soon as the tire came in he called to let me know. When I pulled back in he immediately came out, jumped in my Highlander, and drove it down to the service area. He had my keys back in my hand and walking out the door by 2:55pm, and on time to make my meeting! Thanks Jarrett and Imperial Toyota! Great Service!

Most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I did a ton of research and shopping on line. From the Imperial website I was able to Identify a couple of Tacomas that I was interested in and that were in stock. I requested more info from the website and was put in touch with the internet sales manager (Sabrina?). From there I was able to inquire about the availability of specific trucks and get my other questions answered by text. We then setup an appointment to visit the showroom. When I got there I was greeted by Kevin Silva. He was able to help me test drive a couple of different Tacomas and work out a deal that included my trade in. I took care of financing and signing all the paperwork with Emad Sadeek and drove off with my new truck. All of this took about 3 hours on a Friday afternoon! It was truly one of the most seamless car buying experience I have ever had. I’ll be back!

I went into Imperial Toyota when no intention of purchasing a vehicle. Well, I purchased a Camary from Kevin. Kevin was absolutely fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made is so I could not turn down his offer. I walked out driving a new Camay the same day. I had to go back to ask him questions on how to do certain things with the vehicle and he explained immediately. The only thing I'm disappointed with is the car has no CD player; this is not Kevin's fault. I would highly recommend you seek Kevin out if you're purchasing a vehicle from Imperial.

Do not come here there is a complete lack of attention to detail. Bought a brand new vehicle here last month and today I find out that I was given a voided inspection sticker. It’s the dealerships job to make sure when I leave the lot with my new car it is in perfect working condition. I wish I went to both Toyota in Norwood instead.

After having a very bad experience at another car dealership, I went to Imperial. I dealt with Dave Souza and Bob Baillargeon, who were both professional, direct and honest. They listened to me and offered me excellent value for two trade-ins and quoted reasonable prices for two new cars. I had done my homework prior to going to the dealerships and I knew what the KBB values of the trade-ins were as well as the average amounts that Toyotas were selling for above MSRP. Dave and Bob did not play games and the purchase experience was efficient and pleasant! We have already picked up on of the cars and my wife loves her Venza.

Honestly, showed up to a Toyota dealership not wanting to buy a Toyota. Weird right? Well, when most salesmen would turn away, Hany helped me out. We looked at a few cars on the lot and discussed my options, he even made sure to note NO TOYOTA on my account with the dealership! Went to Imperial Toyota looking for a specific car that was advertised on their website. When working with the sales team, I was told that the car was actually going to be over $5,000 more than advertised. (Advertised price was MSRP of vehicle). I have never had such an easy or pleasant experience at a car dealership in my life!! We walked in, were greeted by Matt Auger, sat and told Matt why we were there and 3 hours later we were driving home in my new car. Matt was surprisingly honest and upfront, which I’m not used to at car dealerships, and made everything SO EASY!! When I go to a dealership, I know what I’m looking for, what I’m willing to put down, what I want my monthly payments and terms to be. It should be a simple yes or no question of whether they can do it or not but that has never been the case until Imperial. Matt was very forthright. Although he introduced us to the manager, we only spoke with him once which was a pleasant surprise!! There were no games, no schemes and no frustration. I will DEFINITELY go back to Imperial and would recommend Matt to anyone. He isn’t a smooth talking “salesman”, he’s a nice, honest young man who happened to sell me a car that I LOVE and am so happy with! BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I recently financed a 2016 rav4 SUV from this place. The "owners son" Tommy did a great job, until I actually received the vehicle. I had it WRITTEN in the paperwork that a few issues would be taken care of before I picked up the car. I go to pick it up, they ordered the wrong part supposedly and would contact me when it came in. One month goes by, two months go by, no call. I call the dealership, they say the part came in, but they had no idea what it was going to so they sent it back -_- now they're saying I need to get in contact with Tommy to get this taken care of, who has mysteriously disappeared and won't return any calls or texts. Seriously considering taking this to the better business bureau, this is ridiculous I've been playing phone tag for 4 months

My first experience with Imperial Toyota, and I’m very happy with the whole process! I’m loving my preowned 2018 RAV4 with all the bells and whistles and limited miles! Hany was great to work with- personable, knowledgeable and genuine. He listened to what I wanted and found the car he knew I’d love. He was patient and never pressured me to buy the car. Emad, in financing, was patient and helpful when working with me to reach a monthly payment I was comfortable with. He even helped me find another preowned RAV4 with limited miles that would be less money— since it’s scary to take on a big expense! In the end, I was happiest with the first car… so he helped me find a comfort level with my payments. He listened to what I had to say and made it work. Disgusting! Mr Disfresco in the service department was rude and honestly so unprofessional! I own a Nissan yes! However, I didn’t buy it at a Nissan dealership! I have taken it to every Nissan dealership here in MA only to have their service departments destroy it more vs fix it! So with our bumper to bumper warranty we are able to take Our Armada we own to any certified mechanic to do warranty work on it! We decided to try Imperial Toyota, they had great reviews! Told we could get a rental, walked in and told nope won’t get that for hours! Cool how are we getting home? Or how am I getting to work now? WALKING? Then the rude service person who wasn’t even working with us, was just being asked a simple question by the one who was working with us, decided to to start speaking about us like we weren’t there, or couldn’t hear him through the thin glass separating us in the cubicles saying, “ Why are they even here?” Which we answered with Nissan dealerships had ruined our vehicle! And he then made a third rude comment of, “they didn’t buy the vehicle here and it’s a Nissan tell them to take to a Nissan dealer!” Not once did he come over and try to speak to us about what our truck needed, or what our warranty covered, or where! Or why we thought we could take it to this service department which we can! Absolutely disgusting service! Absolutely uncalled for, and I wouldn’t recommend going here even with a Toyota! Look, shopping for a vehicle is never awesome, we were looking at Honda, Hyundai, and Kias; we went to several dealerships and found some nice salespeople and some we’d never go back to. We went into Imperial not sure if we’d get the Highlander, but walked out getting one for my wife and pre-ordering a Tundra for myself. After walking around the lot, we were eventually approached by Pat Patel and after speaking with him for several minutes, ended up being very thankful, as Pat was extremely polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the differences between the models, the trims, and differences between the years. Pat made the purchasing experience very pleasant, and we recommend him. Also, we had a bad experience with Toyota in the past with the previous ownership at this location. We had to bring our 2006 Highlander into a dealership for work recently (195k and still going; did not trade in), and brought it to Imperial, and the new ownership under Imperial seems like they righted the ship. So again, we recommend Imperial in Milford, MA and salesperson Pat Patel. Desiree in financing was awesome too. (Did I spell Correctly???, sorry!)

These guys got me skiddish before I could even go to the dealership, so I trusted my instinct and skipped them altogether. And here's why they get the stars (if you're interested). I believe the review about the questionable dealing because of what I've seen from my corporate website. I get the 'chip shortage' and inventory issue. But while looking for Toyotas specifically, this dealer always came out with an offer... that was on average 10-11K over MSRP. That means a CHR, with an MSRP of about 25.5k, was coming in at over 36k. That's a 4 cylinder compact. Toyota Corollas, with starting MSRP's of 21k, are coming in at 30k or above on many cases. I can only imagine if it was a car I wanted for me like a 4Runner - they probably marked those up 30-40k. Range Rover or 4Runner.. hmm.. They might be nice and have good service. But with that kind of markup on a basic compact and sub, I'll never get to find out. You do pay a bit for better service with Audi, Lexus, etc. But it's crazy to me to see those prices on cars not even in that tier. Less for more.

I can't say enough great things about this dealership! It was my first time ever buying a car and I inquired about a car I saw online and they responded in minutes. Brought my car in for an oil change, I made the appointment first thing in the morning for a 12:30 appointment. The dealer knew the make and model of my car prior to the service. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. The service advisor told me at the end of appointment that the wait was because they did not have the appropriate oil filter for my car and had to go get one. I understand these things happen but just a little communication would’ve been nice to give me the option of having someone pick me up so I didn’t waste 2 1/2 hours of my day sitting in the dealership.

We stopped by Toyota Imperial to shop our next car last Saturday. Nicolas was the first person that approached us and asked if we need any assistance in the busy showroom. Nicolas gave us a very great first impression. Nicolas was very knowledgeable and we like his great customer services. He went over multiple vehicles with us and we tested drive them. He patiently answered our questions about any additional features we were interested in. If he did not know an answer, he would try his best to get the answer for us. We had great experiences with him on our car shopping. Therefore, we would like to continue to work with Nicolas for our future car purchases. I switched to Imperial Toyota in the past year for my service needs after dealing with another local dealership for many years. When I arrived at Imperial for a CEL issue which turned into a three week warranty repair, I was happy to see that Eugene Desroches had also transitioned over from the previous dealership service department. Gene made sure I was taken care of properly by the team at Imperial then and again this morning when I stopped in for another recall repair. It is the staff that make the dealership, not just the vehicle manufacturer.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealer in late December. Always dread the car buying experience but from the moment I walked into the dealership I was immediately greeted by a Sales Consultant, Matthew Auger, who put me at ease with his friendly laid back approach yet willingness to help. Throughout the process Matt was there to handle all my little requests and he was very attentive to detail and always responded timely. The Sales Manager, Bob Bailargeon, was also terrific to work with in finalizing the deal and was upfront and very fair with my trade-in and, along with Matt, was instrumental in making my overall experience in buying the car from this dealership a great one! Update: 11/18: Finally got my money back! Old Review: My service rep Kevin was terribly rude and unhelpful. When trying to resolve a service issue where I paid for work that was not done by DCH which they took over for, their service manager originally said he would give me my money back or do the service. I tried to get the service but it did not happen for 4.5 months so I asked for my money back but then they refused. Very difficult place to do busy. Kevin would not return my call to see if the part was in before my appointment. Just read all the terrible reviews in yelp to see that this is not a place to do any business with.

Apparently you can only test drive a car if you are willing to sit down and negotiate immediately. They have no tolerance for you to look at other cars.during the pandemic. They wouldn't let me take two models for a 2 minute test drive. Dealers pay attention...Tesla is killing it because the test drive experience is by far the best on earth. Even when inventory is back to normal numbers I have no patience to deal with high-pressure dealers. I don't think I want a Tesla but if this is the norm with all dealers then I will.

I bought a vehicle and I actually had fun! My salesman was Kevin Silva and the Sales Manager was Bob Baillargeon ? Maybe? Anyway they were great to deal with. Fun to be around and did their best to give us a good deal. Sincerity and honesty is something you rarely find at a car dealership and yet I felt these two were honest and sincere. These are the kind of people more dealerships need to employ in order to dispel the pushy "Car Salesman" reputation and win comeback customers.
