Immediate Credit Recovery Marietta

The first to representatives i spoke to were really pleasant and were able to help me start the program for my student loan credit recovery. Afterwards, the representatives following seemed to give me complete run around. I was told I completed my program and that a new agency was to continue my payments. I tried to ask about the new agents, but they seem to have no answers to for fill my questioning. The phone number they have me call, keep reverting back to ICR. Then, the last representative I spoke to had an attitude because I was getting upset that I was getting no where with my questions.

This company has been sending text messages and leaving voice-mail with my family members regarding me. I called today to find out what it is regarding and they're claiming a debt to a company that I do not know. When I asked for more information about the supposed creditor, I was told to Google it. I then asked them to stop calling my family members because it is harassment and I was told that they're not harassing them, that they are listed as references - pretty sure they just Google my last name and started calling people. They also threatened to garnish my wages, but would provide no validating information.

They are really not customer friendly with their whole system. Every time I want to pay ahead of time I have to call them and it suck because they don't return calls. They put me on a payment plan, and I hate it that they don't know certain info.

Very unprofessional agency do not be fooled by them they only seek to keep the money of the poor they took all my reimbursement and on that point they threatened me with seizing my salary.

Been paying these people for years, missed a few payments and they sent my debt back.. horrible horrible company they should be sued!!

I must say they are aggressive when it come to making payments but if u want to get your student loans out default they got you!!! I am forever grateful for this company 🙏❤️

They do not answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Please look into whether or not they threaten wage garnishment. They are not allowed to threaten you.
