I've been mulling over refinancing our home for a few years to help consolidate debt and get a bigger jumpstart on the future. I had an awful experience. Ray will not communicate with you until he needs documents last second, will not update you on the status of your loan, you can’t leave a message because his voice mailbox is full from his other missed calls. Absolutely the least professional person I have ever worked with. Not accredited by the better business bureau, or I would’ve reported him.
