The ladies that are working there are very rude and have poor customer service

I wish I had a read the reviews before I went. And I did not know none of the reviews actually mention either that these people are not versed in banking etiquette at all you’re supposed to cash the check that has the persons name on it if it says that I’m cashing a check for somebody else because it somebody else is in capable of doing it I’m still supposed to cash the check I’m not supposed to bring a person that is an invalid in the cash or check only reason why I went to this place was because it was close to me instead of me going to the bank and I should’ve went to the bank they don’t know what they are doing and I wouldn’t trust my money there ever.

Manager on duty is rude & miserable...entire staff is unfriendly and always moody..never get any smiles or hello's when entering. After All you still got a job how bad can counting someone else money be lol soon as you walk up to the window the manager got this look on her face as is you bothering her..if you ask more then 1 question you in trouble . bottom line I don't care if these employees been there 10 years & it maybe hard to find others because no one wants to do the job..it needs to be some action in place for there bad behavior. If anything I'll go to 75th the stony island location were the staff have a wonderful caring vibe..

I hate this place every time I come somebody got a damn attitude they western union never up the owner need to hire some new people cause the ones that's working in there already making the place of business look bad

RATCHET! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE! DONT DO THEIR JOB! SHOULD NOT BE HANDLING ANYONES MONEY...

Today I visited this location and the older African American lady with glasses customer service skills are poor. She over do her part with running her mouth unnecessarily. This reaction cause for customers to respond negative. Fortunately, I'm humble and simple individual's don't always need a response. She needs her communication skills reevaluated. No wonder the rating is low.

Wouldn't let me cash my check because I didn't have my social security card Wouldn't recommend going here if u need to get things done

Went to the window where the very pretty girl with the short hairstyle was working. In the past, she was very nice. Today SHE WAS RUDE!!!!!!! After doing the math, I realized it would be cheaper to reload my bus card at Walgreens and withdraw cash from walgreens ATM. I told her that I would get a postal stamp while at her window-and her smart a** comment was "YOU SURE YOU DON'T WANNA GET THAT FROM WALGREENS TOO!" She is so lucky that I have turned to the Lord. #RetiredShotta BOOOOOOO 83rd Cottage Currency exchange!

This is the most unprofessional currency exchange ever. Almost every time I visit the western union is down. The agents are so rude and disrespectful. This location should be closed immediately.

They are ok. As long as the needs are taken care of the service is fine
