Illinois Currency Exchange W Irving Park Rd, Chicago

Went there on a Sunday afternoon try and get a Western Union transfer. According to her, there was an issue with my ID. I called WU and they said there wasn’t a issue and advised me to find a WU kiosk. I went to the Walgreens across the street, used the kiosk AND NO ISSE!

money order went up 400% thats insane

Terrible service, tried to do a money order and they said they couldnt do it, drove down kedzie to the other currency exchange and they were able to do it with an issue, everytime ive gone in to get something done, they always say they cant do it

Professional, if not friendly, and paid my bills immediately upon receipt of cash--very satisfied with their service.

I used to come here to get rolls of quarters but for the past few months if not longer they claim they can only sell 1 roll per customer. Even though you can go about 5 - 6 blocks west from here on irving Park and Elston and get multiple rolls. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. This location is a waste of time.

Worst customer service ever! They always make things so difficult and say that can’t help you I went home three times with multiple documentation’s and ever time it was not good enough. I went to another location that was further and I never have a problem! It’s such a shame that I’m inconvenienced because of the lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism from people. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.

Ensure accuracy on all printed materials. The clerk had to reprint a city sticker 3 times before finally getting it right. I was treated unprofessionally when pointing out the errors. I will avoid coming here again unless absolutely necessary.

They all look like it bothers them when people come in and do business.. no hello no smile and attitudes..
