Illinois Currency Exchange W 75th St, Chicago

I came all the way from the surburbs. Could not find one open. Came across this one here on 75 th wentworth need more open like this open on a Sunday.

This “Illinois currency exchange” couldn’t renew a vehicle registration using the registration notice (per the employee “this doesn’t help me”) so I had to go out to the car to collect information manually and stand in line again (not like she offered to help direct line traffic) and then it turns out that for a $7.50 fee (which is higher than some) they don’t accept credit cards - at all. Also would have been helpful to post or mention since I waited 30 minutes 👎🏽

They dont cash checks from WALMART! SMDH.

Lady at the window cursing soooo much like who hired these ppl!!??? All you hear is “ I handle my s**t “ who the f***k she think she is” like come on now take PRIDE in what you do!!!! The lady at the window rude af! She didn’t explain anything and was talking to me like I was slow because I looked at all the papers she gave me to sign. Idk how that old as lady got a job.

I haven't even been here yet. Called about getting a paper Notarized and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. Yelling and when she couldn't hear me instead of saying excuse me she says "What" really loudly into the phone. She answered my question, I replied with a Thank you and she goes "bye" and hangs up the phone didn't consider if I needed help with anything else. I call back and no answer. I'm about to go up here and lord please don't let these people take me out of character.

The people who work here are very rude. You have people loitering all in the currency exchange

I didn't want to give them that!! We received a relocation check and the stupid b kept it saying it was bogus so now we are not only homeless but broke too! She got us waiting 2 hrs for the police to show up.

The women that work in this currency exchange are rude, nasty attitudes And i don't know where they got there customer service skills but they really need to be replaced.

I prefer not to go to this one because they’re unprofessional especially the tall skinny dark skin woman who always wear a short hair style.
