I had a bad experience with the car lot in Campbellsville so it made me skittish to approach the one in Jamestown. But my niece reached out and I’m glad she did. They were extremely friendly. Treated you like a good friend. Worked with me on how I wanted to pay. Gave me great options and waited to see if I decided to take the car I was test driving before promising to another customer who wanted the car as well. First come, first serve. I’m very pleased with my purchase. Look forward to future business relationship with the staff.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with iGo Motors. I found the exact vehicle I was wanting and needing at the time. I have been paying on my vehicle for almost two years now and next month, it'll finally be paid off! SUCCESS!!! I 130% recommend Igo Motors. They're great all around! Reasonable payments. They also will work with you with no problem as long as you communicate with them. I live in Corbin and I drove all the way to Russel Springs to go get my vehicle from them over the 20 lots we have in Corbin. 10/10.

My wife and I purchased a 2012 Nissan Versa from the lot in Russell Springs about two months ago and we love the car. We got off to a rough start with management and the owner because of a misunderstanding between us. But now everything is fine. They seem like a good group of people and they will try to help you out as much as they can. I love their VIP Package which covers all sorts maintenance issues and you only have to carry liability insurance which saves us a lot of money. Overall I'm satisfied with our buying experience with IGO Motors!!

Hands down the best customer service ever. We bought our scion xB today and legit we were in and out in an hour. No muss no fuss and they offer a warranty which is very rare. Igo certainly has their customers best interest at heart.

I have to say Toby and Stacy at Igo motors are awesome!! We were in such a spot because our vehicles motor blew up and we went a month without a vehicle and we have 3 children. We walked in and within 30 mins we walked out with a vehicle that had low miles and WE LOVE IT. They were awesome about working with us on our down payment which most places won’t. I really appreciate everything they did for us because now we are blessed with a NEW TO US 2010 Ford Escape and to make it better it has a 36,000 mile warranty, the air was having an issue and they immediately fixed it no questions asked and like I said most places won’t do stuff like that.
