We had a very good experience with our recent home refinance with Ideal Home Loans. In particular, our loan consultant Bill Beck kept us regularly informed all throughout the process. We had several other offers initially, and Bill worked very hard to get us the best terms possible. He really took the time to understand our needs and made us feel at ease with what often is a complicated transaction. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Bill and his team at Ideal. I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a home loan.

I was able to re-finance my home while these historically low interest rates are available thanks to Team Dan Dobinsky. He and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish during the refinancing process. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was done almost completely online and when it was necessary to sign documents in person, a team member scheduled a meeting at my property and all recommended CDC health guidelines were followed. And we were not disappointed. Andrea Marcus was just beyond wonderful. She sensed our apprehension and made us feel assured right away. She explained things in detail , in a way we could understand.. I wanted to see if it made sense to apply for a refinance loan. I talked with Joel Barach. Joel took all my information to first figure out my eligibility to obtain a loan. He was very knowledgeable as we discussed the use of the loan. After gathering all information , Joel was able to help me know, at this time, it did not make sense to do a refinance. That I would not be gaining anything fiscally but essentially trading current loan for a new loan. I was ever so grateful for his expertise, and the time he took to go thru the numbers. I would recommend Joel to everyone, he was honest , kind and transparent. Joel is the definition of true customer service.

My husband and I just closed on our first home. We tried a few different mortgage companies before finding Ideal Home Loans. The first few we spoke with were horrible at returning our calls and emails and the process of getting pre approved was taking forever. Once we spoke with Dan we decided to switch over to Ideal Home Loans. Dan and his team were super responsive and answered all of our questions right away. Once we started the process we received our pre approval in timely manner. Dan and his team kept us updated the whole time on the status and if we needed anything they were there. I was amazed at how smooth the whole process went. I would recommend them to anyone looking!

We first tried to refinance with our original lender but the original lender advisor seemed overwhelmed and told me he likely could not give us a better rate than we had and even if he could, we likely couldn’t close on time. When I called Ideal Home Loans, Dan, my loan advisor, couldn’t have been more accommodating. He was just as busy as my original loan company advisor, but still took the time to understand my goals and give me the loan that would best serve me and my family. Dan was easy to work with, showed lots of patience answering my barrage of questions, and always answered my emails quickly, even on weekends. We got a much better rate than we originally had and the process went very smoothly even with all of the hurdles COVID-19 threw at us. I fully recommend Ideal Home Loans to anyone needing a new home loan or refinance!

Jason was great to work with. He understood our goals, answered all our questions and was able to put together a loan package that provided everything we needed and then some. All and all the experience was much less cumbersome than what we thought it would be. It was fast and effortless from beginning to end. I highly recommend financing through Ideal Home Loans. We worked with Michael Zarlengo twice. Mike was knowledgeable, quick to respond no matter what time/day it was, and was willing to negotiate when we were comparing multiple finance companies. We had a somewhat unique circumstance the first time, as we were buying from our deceased landlord's family and Mike was able to provide us with extra resources given our situation. We did not feel pressured or like we were just a number in a long line of customers. Also, when I reached back out within a year to refinance, it was a super simple process.

Always there when I need her and was very patient with me and answered all my questions. What ever they are paying her, it should be doubled. She was willing to drive a considerable distance to meet me, showed up on time and fully prepared, and was very knowledgeable about my situation and the options available to me. Ideal home loans is the best mortgage company in Colorado. Matt Schulz was on point with communication and making sure any issues were addressed and resolved. Mike Zarlengo made sure everything was submitted on time, called and emailed if anything was needed asap. He followed up with his supervisors and made sure all deadlines were met. I appreciate everyone with ideal, they made sure my closing date was met. This company went above and beyond what I would expect, you shouldn’t use any other company in Colorado except ideal home loans.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan Dobinsky with whom it was like playing ping-pong, I'd serve and he would respond promptly, no matter the question or time of day. His answers were always spot-on reflecting his experience and expertise. I had two previous aborted re-fi encounters with first, too high cost, and second, amateurs who could not get it through their heads that my property was a townhome and not a condominium.

Just did a refinance with them. Rate was great! The ease of completing paperwork was great! Service, well I don't think they know what that is. Very slow on replying to emails or calls if they do at all. Email one person he sends you to another who sends you to someone else who doesn't have an answer for what your concern is. There were times we had to contact the same person several times just to get a simple answer. Would think twice about using them again. And they do not call back no matter how many messages you leave. Loved the rate but the customer service is horrid!

Claire, Joel & Debra were AWESOME to work with! They accomplished what 3 other companies, including the dreaded AFI, could not! I was referred to them by a very good friend & I can't thank them enough. They are VERY thorough, honest and up front about EVERYTHING! NO SURPRISES! You cannot go wrong with Ideal. I just finished my refi with Ideal. I have never had an easier or better experience. Joel took the reins and kept me up to date with interest rate changes and managed to get me a great rate. Jason was awesome to work with, he was professional and genuine. Customer Service is a lost art, but Jason is an exception. His customer service is the best I have had in years. Jason showed me options and gave me the choice while still offering me his professional opinion. There was no sales pitch or push to get things done. I was ready to re-fi and we did the entire process (from fist phone call to closing) within 3 weeks. Matt was great to work with during the closing an signing of the paperwork. I heard about ideal home loans on Tom Martino‘s radio show. From the moment I called them I was stunned by the courtesy, the professionalism, the care and the detail they put into my experience. I am I sole business owner that had a bankruptcy about five years ago. Taking all that into account they did things I had no idea could be done. I got an excellent interest rate just in time for some remodeling that we wanted to do. Other companies that I have called through the last two or three years either ignored me or could not offer me a viable solution to our predicament.
