I wholeheartedly recommend that you do not use Idea Financial. They're interest rates and fees are through the roof, and require weekly payments for the draws you make. It totally choked out my small business. Oh and they also froze my account even though we always made our payments on time and never missed one. They are the definition of loan sharks. Stay away. I only gave them one star because I was required to do so to post a review. Companies like this should be illegal.

Terrible business practices. Typical banks, always sneaking fees in. Assigned account manager pushed for renewal on a line of credit, but NEVER mentioned the $500 fee even if you don't use it! Double check the fine print!

This company is a scam. We used them for our business and as soon as everything was approved and they got their fee they froze our accounts. Would not recommend using them

We had our first line of credit and things went well. We took a draw we didn't need to build credit with them and a positive experience. We renewed our line of credit, paid the renewal fee and then when we attempted to take a draw we were denied. The draw was the reason we renewed the line of credit--the line was significantly increased at the renewal too. We're asking for a refund of the renewal fee, but crickets to that so far. The first experience was great but the second was very poor.

The team over at Idea is top notch. They will take the time to understand your business, walk you through their solutions, and find one that fits the needs of your business in a very transparent way. Highly recommend!

We took a loan product from this place a year ago. Never missed an installment. We attempted to pay off our remaining balance last week. The cust service number is a cell phone. They dont return calls or emails. The portal does not contain a pdf of our payoff. Would not recommend.

Never ever use this lender.i don’t know how do they have positive reviews.if it’s possible I will give them 0 star.they don’t deserve this stars.very poor on communication.I would say no communication at all. I had LOC 3 years ago.I have try to use LOC but they denied 3 times.even you have solid deposit on bank. I don’t know what was reason for denied?LOC is only for one time.never expect that you will be able to use again. They never reply me.I have multiple business I have LOC with other lender too.I never have any issues to withdraw anytime I can withdraw no questions been ask.i guess this company doesn’t have money . You should shut down your business or you shouldn’t put LOC.it is just fake.what is LOC meaning? I will never ever recommend this lender.never.

Absolute nightmare. Got a line of credit for $100,000. To get this line of credit, we had to close another one. We had two MCAs open, which we told Idea financial about. We reported everything, and Idea Financial said we were all good. The day I go to draw from my line, we find out it's frozen. Their response: "Oops, our head of risk didn't see the open MCAs on your file." Really? Really? These are people's livelihoods being played with. PLEASE be careful when working with Idea Financial.

This company is the WORST!! Please don’t use this company. They claim to qualify you with a certain amount but when you ask for a withdrawal they will deny and freeze your account. The worse part is that they don’t even notify you. They don’t have the courtesy to tell you. You find out when you go to your portal. These people lie. They will NOT lend you the full amount promised. They will look at your bank account every single time you ask for a withdrawal. You need to qualify each time. So the line of credit you qualified the first time means absolutely Nothing!! Go with another company. This one is horrible. No integrity, they don’t care and they do not understand your circumstances.
