    I must have gone on a bad day. I asked for a full synthetic oil change and was quoted $70. Great. No problem. When I checked out, I saw they used "Synthetic blend" which everyone knows is just conventional motor oil. The total oil price was listed as $14.95 to confirm that. I had to have a conversation with the service rep after I asked for full synthetic, was charged for full synthetic, but conventional oil was used in my car. The service reminder sticker on the windshield was even set to 6K miles!!! It's this kind of treatment that makes me run FAR away from dealers who try to take advantage of customers. This was my first and LAST time going to Ide honda service.

    This Honda dealer is very convienient for me, it's right around the corner. The staff are friendly, & knowledgeable. The prices are nice, for a dealer, they don't try to up-sale me services. They treat you w/ a quality that a person deserves, because you own a Honda, & you brought it to them for service.

    They just treat you the way you should be treated when you are worried about your car. The staff are great from top to bottom and in between. I really never want to get my car serviced anywhere else or get a car from anywhere else for the rest of my life

    Always friendly staff. I'm 50 years old and I've been to my share of dealer service centers over the years. And theres NO ONE THAT COMES CLOSE TO THIS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE THE BEST!
