These People have Really been a Blessing to me, I Was living in my Car homeless, and I'm Disabled, they helped me a lot Especially Kristi She is Amazing, And Deserves a big Promotion. She was Really nice to me , and TREATED ME LIKE A PERSON, NOT LIKE I WAS TRASH. BUT SHOWED A LOT OF CONCERN ABOUT MY HEALTH AND WELFARE. SHE IS LIKE A ANGEL.

I've had a great experience with Idaho Housing. Very helpful to get me on the right track for housing. Both to rent and eventually own.

For we who are on low fixed incomes this place is a life saver.While there is a lot of paperwork to fill out (it is a government agency) and @ a 2 yr. waiting list to receive subsidized rent the process goes pretty smoothly. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm just confused on why your website has that you guys have homelessness assistance programs but then when I went in the girl was very rude and said that you guys don't have any type of programs like that just the section 8 housing program. If you guys don't help with homelessness it probably shouldn't be on the Idaho housing website. And it might be helpful to retrain the secretary on how she should treat people when they come in, a lot of us that come in are already having a hard enough time as it is it's not very helpful to be treated badly when we come in for help. On a side note I appreciate what you guys do do for people I'm the majority of your employees are great people and very helpful, thank you!

Idaho Housing Rental Assistance really gives back and helps people in need. So blessed they are willing to help people in Idaho Falls.

Housing is an absolute joke. Called every other month to check on my application have my phone records and updated my address every time i moved and because they can't keep employees or update their information people are the ones who suffer. You're all a joke.

Darrin at Idaho Finance helped my family with rental assistance and it's an amazing thing they do! Saved us completely!

The customer service hasn't been rude but they will not budge on sending a paper statement. You would think they would appreciate your business enough to simply mail a statement when requested. Mortgages are big loans and we didn't have to give them our business. They will not be a loan provider for us in the future.

Scam artist, calling and hanging up. They will not refund any of the 1500 worth the fees they have charged me. My mortage is current but they are killing me on late fees. The customer services resps are RUDE and hang up. ROBO CALLERS CALLING MY HOUSE form multiple numbers. Sending strange people to my house. COVID 19 hit and your are just trying to take everyones houses.
