    By far the best customer experience I’ve ever had in general, and miles ahead when compared to other banks. I’ve never had a negative experience throughout the years. They have always went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed it. Every single person I’ve talked to on the support team, every agent, specialist, etc. has been beyond amazing. Every single person I’ve talked to thus far has displayed phenomenal professionalism, everyone has been extremely supportive, kind, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and so forth. I can continue on, and I can comfortably say this for every single person I’ve talked to thus far. One of the most important factors that has kept me with ICCU, is how they treat their employees. So far, I’ve heard nothing but great words from employees about their experience. This is extremely important to me. I have recommended ICCU at every single opportunity, and I’ve encouraged dozens upon dozens of friends to signup. To date, I’ve never left such a review, let alone praise a company to anybody.     I LOVE this bank ! I was referred here from a close friend when we moved up in September 2020. Matthew B. At the Hayden branch on Honeysuckle Ave. helped us open personal and business accounts. Top notch customer service, and the most friendly faces in a bank I’ve ever seen. Thank you Hayden ICCU! Looking forward to many years of banking here.

    A few things to consider when choosing a bank that I had to find out the hard way. Is the staff knowledgeable about their product and service? Not at ICCU Found this out on multiple occasions. Do they get back to you in a timely fashion about questions you may have? Not at ICCU Do you receive statements as promised? Not at ICCU Do they show you small tokens of appreciation such as waving a wire transfer fee especially when you have substantial funds with them. Not at ICCU. This bank needs a serious adjustment in customer service relations I highly recommend banking elsewhere. After following up with the so called vice president I found him to be just as pompous and arrogant as the assistant manager Lindsey at the Hayden branch. If you want friendly banking I recommend mountain West bank. They may not have the high yield savings account with the interest rate as high as Idaho central but the customer service is well worth it. Send a message to Idaho central credit Union and never ever bank here.

    We just moved here and opened an account due to our neighbor’s recommendation. He works for ICCU. Says it’s his best employer ever. We had a wonderful experience. They are truly customer service oriented!

    I've dealt with these guys twice now. Both times they refused to valuate my home at the correct value. Significantly undervaluing my home, twice... I gave them proof from an independent professional broker using a Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) from back in DECEMBER, which was four months ago. My home is worth far more now than it was then, and everyone knows it. At first they went off last years Tax Assessors value, which is significantly low, and everyone knows it...why would they use a number that is consistently wrong and also out of date? I called up STCU the same day and they valued my home at more than $100k than ICCU did. Strange huh? They refused to budge on working with me to get the lower interest rate and the amount I was looking for. STCU had no problem giving me their lowest interest rate and nearly $100k more credit amount than ICCU did. ICCU seems very rigid and unwilling to work with their potential clients. I will not be calling them anytime soon for services, nor will I be banking with them in the future. Blegh...

    I've done business with several banks and credit unions in this county and have a professional finance background. After opening accounts at the Hayden branch of ICCU I will say that their competitors had better watch out! Checking, Savings and a new credit card with a great rate were all set up quickly and easily with the actual debit and credit cards produced right on the spot. The facility is very nice and every transaction I've made since opening the account was fast and easy with no wait times and very professional and friendly staff. Michael, who I believe said he was the district manager, set up the new accounts and treated my wife and I as if we were MR and Mrs Rockefellar (I was wearing a pair of filthy carhartt work pants and needed a shower). He even called me a week after opening the account to make sure I was happy and see if I needed anything. I have yet to visit the other locations but if they're anything like this Hayden branch we're going to start seeing a lot of new starbucks opening in former bank buildings.

    Applied for a heloc fo investment purposes. Was told they would get back to me in one week. It didnt happen, when I followed up with a call three weeks later they told me that they had not assigned my application to anyone. I then got a call later that day and was told that the house was not valued. Curious as they had never sent an aprraiser out to my house, and I hired a third party appriasal done which valued my property over what I had initially stated on my application. They obviously dropped the ball, rushed the processing, and then lied, will never do business with again. UPDATE: I thought I would provide an update. True to thier word on here I recieved a call from Shelli at corporate. I told her my side of the issue, and she seemed geniunely apologetic and appeared to want to bring about an amicable resolution. She also had Christina from the home lending department reach out to me to see if there was something they could do to win my business back after such an abysmal transaction. I replied to thier e-mails and re-iterated my position as well as gave them some reasonable options for winning back my business. After a few days, I was informed that the tapes of my calls had been reviewed, and that training and diciplinary action had taken place. She did not fully admit, however that ICCU had handled the situation incorrectly (through this process it came out that not only was I lied to in our initial conversations, but that my wife was lied to as well when she made her follow-up calls). I was not presented with any other options for moving forward or any action items that ICCU would perform to win my business back. I was instead given a simple "sorry!" and sent on my way. This institution has not taken ownership over what were clear issues (they lying was the big one in my mind, since they are a financial instituion they are a Trust-Based company).Since they have put me into a position where I no longer trust them, I cannot take them at thier word, so how am I to trust that action was in fact taken to ensure that this doesnt happen again, and how can I trust that thier apologies are scincere?? This whole concept appears to be lost on this company, as I was talking to upper-managment , this represents a top-down problem. I hope that by writing this review, in some small way I can save someone from enduring the headache that we have had to deal with.

    This bank is my favorite bank because when you walk in, they say hello and are always happy. While they are working with you they are nice and my experiences here have been amazing. :)
