Idaho Central Credit Union 3rd Ave S, Nampa

I have been banking with ICCU for 6 years now. That are hands down the BEST credit union around! I recently became unemployed and had my account overdraft I had three separate overdraft fees on there, making my account approximately $60 in the negative. I called and spoke to a customer service representative just to see if I can get one of the fees taken off so I could put money in and bring it back to deposit it. Cody the gentleman that I spoke with went above and beyond and took all three fees off for me bringing my account back into the positive I can’t tell you how much that meant to me… Just a kindness for which he handled the situation made my faith in humanity a little bit stronger! Thank you Cody you are my hero today!

The ICCU on 3rd in Nampa is always packed & the line is almost always out in the street. The wait is often over 20 minutes. All of the other ICCU's around us have way more drive thru windows. When will this location be updated to accommodate its customer volume?

Banked with ICCU for 10 years before moving across the country. Most of my interactions were at this location. Service was always top-notch and they always answered any questions I answered.

Costumer service was acceptable when I was in the store but they don't contact you about banking once you leave. 1/5 stars for no follow through.

One of the worse credit union bank I've delt with by far. Helping you with your credit is the last thing they want to do. You will be charged a monthly fee for having a low credit score. They are constantly throwing you "offers" towards you to lower interest rates but for some reason when you apply its impossible to get approved. My score is considered "GOOD" and ICCU still gives me a hard time. I would definitely not recommen this bank.

Nothing wrong with this Branch, but Idaho Central Credit as a whole is terrible. BE CAREFUL. They will give you random late fees on things you have already paid, and when you call to get it corrected, no one you are able to talk to has any power to correct issues. Worst experience with a bank I have ever had.

Relocated to Ohio, ICCU was supposed to send a $1200. closeout check, never received. Account specialist said they would issue another check after two weeks, have heard nothing. The specialist said they do not track checks sent, nor use constructive delivery of any kind. and my account is closed. they wont return calls, texts, emails. What happened to my $1200.? Did they send check to correct address if at all? This is the thanks I get for years of loyal membership. I am a senior veteran on a fixed income. Who has my money and how can I get it back? Update- Check received after more than 3 weeks, without postage from ICCU. Thanks to the Postal Service for delivering without postage. No response from ICCU after informing them of their mistake.

The best service they provided to me and all the employees are nice and friendly like it. Thank you ICCU

This is a fantastic credit union for a young person developing credit and banking skills. This review is also about a specific individual. My college age son and I went in to get him his first auto loan. Breanna Araujo who normally works in Kuna, helped us through the process. From the first moment she was respectful, kind, and very knowledgeable. My son was a bit nervous about the process, but by the end she had us feeling like a family member. This was not just normal good customer service. I’m sure they already know, but wanted to tell the management what an absolute gem they have in Breanna. Also wanted to personally thank her for making a long process actually enjoyable.

VERY RUDE AND NO UNDERSTANDING!!!! I purchased a business vehicle and all my payments were on time. I called for a payoff and paid it off. The payoff was wrong and I had to go to the VA for surgery. They refused to let me make the $260 difference with my debit card over the phone. Once I was discharged they finally let me use my debit card and reported me 30 days late on my credit report. They refuse to remove it and just do not care, so why work with them. I have referred many people to them for pre-approvals and that stops now!!! Find an understanding and pro veteran credit union!
