Paul Drake is the best loan officer I have ever worked with. He is extremely communicative and always accessible. He was responsive to our concerns as we searched for the best loan options for our budget and carefully walked us through the different scenarios for said options. I contacted Iconic Mortgage back in May when I received something in the mail about taking advantage of my home equity. I just closed last Friday, June 24th, 2022. My loan officer was John Sinnes. I must admit that I was very skeptical at first because everything that John was saying seemed too good to be true. I actually asked him "What's the catch?" He explained to me that there was no catch and he sent me his credentials to prove to me that he was not some scammer trying to take advantage of me. Last December my checking account was compromised though Zelle and I had a very hard time to get my money back in my account. Well John was very thorough and took the time to explain to me the refinance process. He and I talked on a daily basis and he kelp me informed on everything that was happening in my refinance. The night that I closed my loan, John reached out to me told me to call him if I had any questions. He has been so patient and kept his word that he would do everything he could to make this happen. Iconic Mortgage is very lucky to have an employee of this magnitude on their team. HE IS AWESOME! I think a lot of John and I'm very appreciative for everything that he has done for me. He is not only a great business acquaintance but I consider him a good friend. Job Well Done!

As I started the process I was assigned a loan officer then I was assigned another loan officer for the next step which was PAUL DRAKE who was extremely helpful me not being very tech savvy as he would verify . PAUL went out of his way to help me through some DocuSign‘s and everything else going through the procedure he was extremely helpful speaking with him on the phone seems like a great guy a definite asset to your company and everyone I spoke with and dealt with through the company was actually a pleasure to deal with. Regarding Manuel Merlin: COVID19 hit my family hard, and I decided to refinance after I received an advertisement flier in the mail, my lucky day. This is my my experience with my loan person. Manuel Merlin is totally trustworthy and had my best interest in the forefront at all times. A few years back, I was almost scammed, so I'm not a trusting person. I went online and vetted Manuel by finding his Loan Officer License # and sent two (2) different emails to verify him and Iconic Mortgage. I received phone calls and emails as verification. Manny, as he likes to be called, explained the ways refinancing could help me and made the loan application process straight forward and simple. He answered all the questions I had and some questions that I should have had. He's a kind and personable man, and he really knows the loan/ refinance business. Actually, I stopped the loan process for several hours because there were a few things that I didn't understand. He called me on Superbowl Sunday, also his birthday weekend, to answer my questions. That I was not expecting. He put my needs in front of celebrating. I'm very happy with the loan outcome. My monthly payment is lower, and I'm happy with my interest rate. I received a flyer in the mailbox on a Saturday from Iconic Mortgage, Corp. so, I called the number to see if anyone would answer. I spoke to Joshua Dubovsky. He gave me some scenarios on refinancing and I told him to let me call him back on Monday after thinking about it. After about thirty minutes, I called him back (on a Saturday) and started my refinance process. Over the next forty-five days, we communicated via text/email until the closing. The closing went quickly and with ease.
