Just opened an account recently. Very slow service. I don’t have the checks that were ordered two weeks ago so I needed a money order. They don’t do money orders. Do you do cashiers checks? Yes, but it has to be at least $1000, that’s our “policy”. So your policy is to do the least work possible and to help with customer service. Nice. Might just move banks.

I just want to say worst bank I have ever worked with. How can I bank not take a cashiers check with a business name to a business account? The tellers don't know what they are doing or not getting the training. I definitely closed the account and went to a different bank.

They never take my change always the persons not here or they on vacation. You would think they should teach more than one person on how to use the change machine.

Get told one thing by one person lead to believe things are taken care of only to find out it was not taken care of and they charge you for it and close the acct..

IBC BANK is a SCAM they are set up to charge the customer Fees that most banks will not do nowadays or will issue an immediate refund. This banks system is completely out of date transactions that were made days ago will disappear bringing balance up, or charges that are made are not deducted until days later. Then they charge a Inactivity Fee for not using the account for X Amount of Days, NSF Fees and OverDraft Fees even if the Fees accrued due to their system error. Calling the bank is no use wait time is up to 1 Hour to speak to someone at the Del Rio Branch. Horrible customer service. Avoid IBC BANK.

Horrible!!has horrible customer service which said they ONLY helped account holders and Being from out of town they were not helpful at all I recommend Bank & Trust, they were super professional and helpful, had amazing customer service and did everything possible to help even though I'm not a account holder.

It's ok just sometimes I guess the new tellers don't know what exactly to do and take really long
