This branch is ridiculous š” Yesterday I went to cash deposit my sons check.. The worker didnāt do the cash deposit right, so after complaining and three people later they said the issue was fixed.. NOPE it wasnāt.. Since they didnāt correctly cash deposit my check my son didnāt get to pay some of his bills like he needed to and has to now pay late feesā¦ This isnāt the first this has happened itās also happened to my husband several times š”

I don't bank here, but even then, the staff is super nice, this one girl is so badass and helpful, she makes me wanna bank here!

This place should be called the Waiting Room. I swear im here for 30 min or more on the daily! The workers "act" like they are doing something. Mind you I come here every morning and they aren't doing anything productive. The branch manager has a head full of hot air. How does this wanna be barbie run this place?? Can we get a staff that actually knows what they are doing and can do their job in a timely manner?!?!

I've been sitting here for almost an hour waiting for an employee to report for work that can issue me a new debit card. The tellers say that they cant help me with this issue. This place is so unmanaged. Employees are standing around visiting with each other and here I am waiting for a competent staffer to issue me a new card. Where is the supervisor? Where is management? Dont know..
