IBC Bank San Pedro Ave, San Antonio

I used to love this location. I actually followed a manager who was moved from the Stone Oak location to ensure I kept the same service. Having been a customer for 6 years now, I have seen this location go through countless workers and at least 5 or 6 managers. Each time a manager is replaced, there seems to be new policies in place and confusion with client accounts. They tell me wires can't be sent out with an hour left before deadline, cashier's checks can't be deposited, or other excuses that push me further and further away as a customer. Customers shouldn't have to train the employees/managers about their jobs. I'm not sure if this is a training or internal issue with IBC that makes retention so difficult but it doesn't help keep their existing business. The free checking is what hooked me in to an account here, but with all the issues I am not sure it's even worth it anymore. If you're willing to make the drive, I'd highly recommend the Stone Oak location over this one for just an extra 5 minute drive.

I used the mobile service to deposit one check for the first time, transaction went through as pending one day, know is not showing in my account, went to the bank for help, they gave me a number to call but they couldn't help me. know I'm stuck with the check and do know what to do because the check now shows that it has been taken as a deposit before but still does not appear in my account.

This location is extremely slow and the staff are rude. I've been coming here for years and it hasn't changed. Nobody cares here.

This bank is terrible. The employees are rude, they do not notarize anything unless its for IBC. They charge to add people to checking and savings. This bank sucks.

worst banking experience in a long time! waited in the outdoor ATM line but the ATM wasn't available... and on July 2nd 2016 and waited for over 30 minutes... in addition, no cones, no sign was posted and then went top the drive thru but was told i had to go inside because they only withdraw inside!! then waited over 30 minutes inside while they had three tellers but only one was completing transactions and while i was only on a 1 hour lunch break lost holiday pay due to being over 15 minutes late... this is the worst bank in the city of San Antonio!

This place is the slowest drive thru and they only have one guy working the both inside counter and drive thru will never come here again wait I have only one location on my side of town

I can't begin to explain how great customer service is !!! Anthony is hands down the best there
