Ian was like a spark plug, willing and ready to pre-qualify me right after realtor contacted him on Saturday. Listed what i needed and got busy. Within 8 hrs of receiving my info, I received a call with the green light to move forward with offer on property. 4 hrs later my offer was accepted.
