If I could give them zero stars I would . My husband and I paid the application fee and the first months rent as asked while waiting to be approved for the apartment. Where I lived was willing to write a letter because they had new management stating that I lived there. They were telling my husband that he’d only been at his job since January when he told them he had paystubs to prove other wise. Our income was more than enough to afford the rent and they still denied us. And after reading the reviews I know for a fact GOD had his hand in the mix

very unprofessional people, I think its a scam someone just called me in regards to an application I sent through an apartment app that I don't remember. I asked what does I and S stand for they didn't know. So I asked how do you work for a company that you don't know what is stands for. The lady hung up on me told me I don't qualify for a 1bed room but now that I google them and see all these pictures of trash I agree, I do not qualify. I am worth way better service.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from this establishment. Example: I called their office at 930am to have some minor repairs done in my apartment. I did not receive a response for 7 hours. I called the office back and asked when they were going to send someone to start the repairs. Their response; We're waiting for the supervisor to return at 4pm. "What?!" I've been waiting for them to call back to set up an appointment. The maintenance service is terrible and inhumane!! Do not rent from this place!!

Worst management company ever. They have 1 super for multiple buildings. Upkeep of the building is poor. They clean the floors maybe once a month. They DO NOT fix the heat. They send the super to take temperature of the apartment with a turkey baster and never fix anything. Before you rent from them, think twice about it, and be ready for alot of headache. They're quick to take your rent money, I'm sure they don't think twice about changing late fees, but they don't respond to your emergencies.

OMG I thought I was being annoying wen they’re literally doing the samething to all tenants, these people r the worstttttt!!!!!! Big red flag, I should’ve looked them up before renting!

I been calling the office about my apartment and all the building 654 Lyons Avenue look like a Condemned building... there is mess all around the building and garbage in the back that been there for MONTHS...PLZZZZZZ THINK TWICE BEFORE RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE....AND THE DONT FIX ANYTHING ALL THEY DO IT PUT A BANDAGE ON IT.... AND have to come back a fix it over and over again....this building is the worst we have parking in the back but there is barely and lights back there....and you cant even walk in the backyard to the door that you inter the building it so much garbage the way you coming in.... where there are all kinds or RATS.... RACCOONS....CATS.... AND NOW DEAD CATS BACK THERE... I KEEP CALLING THE OFFICE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE..... and not to Mention every time it rains I get roof damage in my apartment where then fixed it over 3 dozen times over and over again..... building is ALWAYS DIRTY AND NASTY....IT JUST SO SAD THAT THEY DONT CARE... I BET YOU THEY DONT LIVE LIKE SO.....JUST 1000% NASTY AND THE SAD PART IS NOTHING IS BEING DONE.....

One lady over the said I was qualified then when I get to the office a another lady act like she didn't know what to do said I wasn't qualified both me and my wife income made more than enough to cover the ren t she something on my paystub about the the date and it was a current pay stub. So I took my paperwork and left.

These people just taking applications money they claim they have a hard time getting threw to the job etc it all be a lie they just want the application money

This company is disgusting the quality of their properties is is for poor underprivileged people of color; And they never let you forget that. The rat infestation is the least of the problem the supers are under paid and over worked. Complaints and request are ignored. Your security deposit will not be returned to you. Do your self and your family a favor and go else where.

They are the worst people to deal with they have no heart I am sorry I ever rented from them . The ones in the offices don’t know how to talk to people they treat people like pigs. I wish I could give them zero.
