I’d like to start off with the fact that i went to 2 different dealerships before stopping in here. Honestly, my hopes weren’t as high because my last two visits with the previous dealerships were terrible. My credit has challenges, but they were able to get me into a vehicle that I really like. I tried a different place prior to this and had a terrible experience. I've been trying to get a car for about a year after my car was totaled and I had no gap insurance. No dealers wanted to help me since I still owed a good chunk on the car I didn't have. Lucky I found Washington auto credit online decided to give them a try since they are down the street. My experience here was very welcoming. Alex Villalobos took his time to help me out . Very good customer service and very caring.My credit isn't the best but they all really came through for me. If it wasn't for them I would probably still be riding the bus back and forward. Joe was awesome from the first time we spoke on the phone to the moment we pulled out of the lot! I told him all about our bad credit and how we have been denied from a few places already. Our second car broke down and we were in desperate need of a new vehicle ASAP. We also told him over the phone that we really didn’t have the money for a down payment. He told us that we would probably need a $1000 down payment which we just couldn’t do and an hour later he called back to say that if we could come up with $500 he could get us in a very decent car as soon as today. We could not believe it and it seemed too good to be true. But after just a few hours of our time at the dealership, he made it happen and got us into a car that we never would’ve expected we would qualify for with only $500 down. It was amazing and we are so grateful for the whole experience. We were just waiting to sign the paperwork to have him completely change the price that we were told and that never happened. He was very transparent about everything and made the experience so easy and with no stress! We will definitely be recommending Joe and Washington auto credit to any friends or family that are in the market for a new car and next time we are in need of a car, we will definitely come back!

Brian was great! He first contacted me a year ago and I wasn't ready to purchase yet. I asked him to give me until after the first of the year and asked him not to bother me until then. He did exactly as I asked. Then I had to wait until spring. He, again, didn't bug me which I really appreciated. When I was ready, I contacted him and he went through the whole process with me and got me into a great vehicle at a great price with a good interest rate despite my recent bankruptcy. Chris helped me get approved to buy my car right after my bankruptcy. I told him my budget and he worked really hard to find me a great car that I loved and that would work for me. I was feeling embarrassed about my bankruptcy, but he didn't make me feel bad about it at all. He was very nice and friendly throughout the whole process. Jeff was an awesome sales person. I requested info on 6 Feb on their website, got a quick response from him a few hours later. He kept me updated on the process and had everything pre approved by 8 Feb. He understood my busy schedule because I'm in the military. Went down on Friday at 1600 and met him. He knew what I was seeking for and didn't give us any run around. He was straight forward and had us walking out the door with a 2018 Toyota Corolla with my favorite color. I came into the situation not very confident I would be able to buy a car with my recent credit issues. If I could rate it higher I would. Mark White was incredible. I was not exactly prepared and was missing some of the documents I needed to complete the loan process. I have never done anything like this so I was a little overwhelmed. This man gave up his entire day to drive me to the bank, help me pick out a car I was comfortable with, find the best insurance AND he even bought me a Redbull. Anything he had to do to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy with my decision. Wich i am extremely happy with, and I am extremely happy Mark. The staff was also extremely friendly and hearing them talk about there customers made me feel that they are all in it to help people any way they can, if they can, to ensure they get back on the road again with a great car. We highly recommend coming here and seeing Mark White, he was absolutely amazing! We drove all the way from everett to see him after only talking and texting him about what we wanted. He told us he had what we wanted and that he got us approved. So we headed down got here at 4:30pm and he had us out of there before 7 in our 2015 Charger. By far the best, fastest and easiest sale. Second review: So after getting my 2015 Hyundai, someone crashed and total lost my car. As you can see from the first review, I only had the car less than 2 months.
