My experience here was great - Jesus Moran in service was prompt, responsive, and thorough, which I very much appreciated. I had my car towed here on a Sunday night after it would not start. By 8am the next morning, Jesus called with an update and told me what to expect. They quickly fixed the issues. When I picked up the car he went through the report with me and told me what to look out for in the future. The fast service and clear communication really stands out from some other car repair experiences I've had. There are also clean and nice bathrooms, which is always a plus.

This is the best place for Toyota service in the valley. I've been taking my Tacoma here for the last 6 years and I highly recommend our service advisor Jesus Moran. The prices have always been reasonable, it's easy to make an appointment, and the team gets everything done right the first time. Had a wonderful experience here. I was connected to Anthony Quiroz, Internet Manager via an online inquiry. Anthony was on top of my request and told me he had a vehicle coming in the meet my needs. After a deposit to hold, Anthony kept me in the loop on its delivery several weeks later. The delivery took place 5 days after what we had expected, but Anthony communicated daily, even though the vehicle didn’t arrive. The experience during delivery was seamless and efficient. My family and I bought 3 cars here in the past but the way we were treated on our last visit… we took our business elsewhere and got a great deal! Reply: “Hello Emmanuel, We do Thank you for purchasing in the past but on this occasion we ran your credit and sent it out to multiple banks. They approved you at a higher amount than what you were comfortable at with what you had as a down payment. Enjoy your vehicle and we would love to assist you in future.” My reply to this: And instead of asking questions… two car loans were still showing on my credit but both loans were recently paid off. Your finance guy was quick to go with my lowest credit score and then told us to run to the other dealer which by the way… gave us a way lower APR. You guys dropped the ball. So for the other dealer to give me the better sale on the car along with a way lower APR and payments…. you let us walk…. Literally….made us walk in the heat back to your used car lot from your main store. It’s ok… it worked out in the end and now I know where to take my future business. And the way you replied to my original post… is a reflection of how you treat your repeated customers.

I came in to have a key made. I did not have an appointment. I asked “ do you have time to do it now?“ The service advisor indicated yes we do, and it shouldn’t take long. He asked me to bring my car along side the service bay, which I did, and they drove it away. I asked if I should stand there and wait by the service desk and was told to go sit down and he would come and get me. After a short time, I returned and asked “ how long is this going to take?“ he answered two hours. I noticed it was 1145 and asked are they going to take lunch before starting the car? His answer did not answer my question. I went to sit down and after a short time returned and asked “how long is this going to take..” I was advised it would take two hours. I said “ I have a doctors appointment I probably should bring it back“. He then said that it was already in the system and I should go sit down. Each time I bring my truck in for service I get the feeling that it goes into a deep hole in the back of the shop and nobody really is paying attention to when it is done. After 2 1/2 hours I went to the service advisor and said “Is this going to take any longer I really have to leave“. He then told me to go sit down again and I discovered that my truck was sitting in the front lot and had been finished. I don’t know how long it was sitting there but It reinforced my opinion from previous visits that when a vehicle is finished nobody really pays any attention to it. The service advisors do not appear to care about the customers sitting in the waiting room. My truck is a 2006 and I have been thinking about getting a new truck, but I am enjoying my Toyota truck and I am questioning your service policies. I suppose I have decided to keep my truck so that I can bring it in for service other than Toyota when something needs to be done. This is what I have been doing because I dread coming to the service department. I couldn’t do this anywhere else because you had the key blanks and needed to do something to the key blank.

Allowed credit manager to run our credit for a loan. He assured us it was only one credit check. Instead he ran our credit with Toyota credit and applied for 2 Toyota credit cards to put additional down payments on. This was not authorized or even mentioned to us previously. Avoid this place...they are sneaky and dishonest. There are several other good dealers near there. We went next door and purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco. Ford sales Associates were up front and honest from the start. There are too many honest dealerships to waste your time with a dishonest one. Avoid I-10 Toyota!!

My experience in purchasing my 2022 Toyota RAV4 Premier encompassed a personable and professional approach that were essential in my ability to trust both Angela , the sales person, and Alfonso, the financial resource person. Angela was observed to listen intently to my reasoning why I was making such a purchase at this time when the economy is not really as advantageous to the buyer as it had been prior to Covid; but her well knowledge background of the vehicle I was seeking and her ability to present that information in a conscientious manner respectful manner helped me feel much more secure in my decision making. In addition, after the decision of which car I wanted, Angela was present at varying times throughout the remaining process of finalizing the sale and receiving my car; and even up and including working with Alfonso to help secure a comfortable deal, along with a great benefit package for the extent of my loan and possibly beyond. My neighbors, who I greatly appreciate since moving into the neighborhood a year ago, were the ones who referred me to Angela; and who I am recommending to all my friends and colleagues should they ask in reference to my experience at I-10 Toyota.

What a joke this dealership has become! I bought from them in 2019 but since then they have gone down hill! From the high pressure low ability sales tactics they use to their disrespectful manners. I highly suggest buyers take their business somewhere else these guys are a JOKE. I did the application online hours before my appointment in the dealership. Once I arrived the salesperson I was dealing with on the phone who spoke a great line but of course when I got there he “had an emergency “ and left. So the new salesman didn’t know anything I had discussed with dude #1. This sales guy was trying to up sell me. Anyway they sent 5 different sales people to try to work me up! Sales doesn’t need to be this way! So 3 hours into the process I asked for the general manager, who was too busy to come down from his executive office. In fact at first the sales manager said he was the general manager, liar! I finally called a Lyft to get me out of there! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!
Sorry to say but this customer is lying. After running his credit bureau, we noticed that there was a fraud reported and his credit information was blocked. So, when the salesman asked him about the fraud and to verify the authenticity, for the sake of the customers protection, Joe flew up and started to yell and he got obnoxious. He was loud and made a seen on the showroom. He asked for the top manager and the sales manager went out to speak with him. At this point there was no way to reason with him and he walked out. The general sales manager was at the used car building and he was called in. When he came, Joe was leaving. There was a brief conversation, but Joe was not willing to listen. He was in a hurry to leave. Very unusual behavior for a grown man not able to stay calm and composed and have a civil conversation. Would you want him as a customer?

This is my very first negative review for a business. I live 45 minutes from this Varner facility. Im originally from the Bay Area and I’ve always had great experiences with Toyota back home. I understand there are staffing shortages at this day in age so I totally had this in mind from the get go. I had an appointment at 7:45am for a diagnosis & checked in with Eddie. After waiting a little over 2 hours I start to get antsy but I assume surely if a diagnosis took more than 3 hours that they would definitely approach me and let me know something! After waiting in the lobby for then 3 hours I finally went to the front to speak with Eddie for an eta or update. Eddie stated that they were still trying to diagnose my car and were still “working on it” and he did not have an eta. After 4 hours I was still not approached updated or even ACKNOWLEDGED so I went back up to Eddie, still the same response no eta. I had no choice of leaving my car and returning so I decided to wait a little longer. After the 5th hour I canceled the diagnosis & requested my car back. Needless to say I wont be coming back.
I looked into your situation. You brought your vehicle in for overheating. We tried multiple times to duplicate it but were unable to do so as it was not hot enough. Your Advisor did keep you updated but there was nothing to do until he could duplicate it. Since they could not duplicate the problem, they did not charge you. But you were advised you had a problem with your brakes which you did not want to take care of at this time. We would be happy to see you when it gets hotter so we can duplicate the overheating issue and when you are ready call us so we can make appt. for your brakes. Please call me when you are ready. BEWARE I-10 Toyota!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. We took our vehicle there cause we were having a problem with our brakes locking up. We were passing through and pulling a 30’ RV. 1-10 said they got a code 1360 (master cylinder) and diagnosed a failed actuator. We were held up in Indo for 2 weeks waiting for the new actuator. It cost $1900 and within minutes of driving away the brakes locked up again. We took it back and the second time they discovered that the braking mechanism for trailer was stuck under the truck brake pedal. They moved that and presto truck was fixed. But they won’t give us back our money for the actuator. They keep trying to tell us there were two problems with the truck. But the truck was in exactly the same condition before and after the actuator was replaced so replacing the actuator did not solve the problem. They also wanted us to replace the rotors and pads. But we had been to numerous mechanics prior to 1-10 that all said the brakes looked fine so we were suspicious of this and opted out. And just to confirm our suspicion we went to another mechanic in Indio after the actuator was replaced and they confirmed that the brakes were at 60% and didn’t need replacing. So I-10 was just trying to make money. We contacted Toyota USA and they said shop is independent and they keep notes in consideration of ongoing relations. I have contacted two other Toyota service centres both of which said 1-10 was too quick to replace such an expensive part and they did not properly follow diagnostic protocols. The code they mentioned can be generated for a number of reasons and should have been cleared and tested prior to replacing actuator. Plus they both also said checking the brake pedal is STEP 1 in the diagnostic process which they obviously didn’t do. So we will be pursuing this further to get our money back. And warn everyone who goes to 1-10 Toyota!
Hello Lisa, Thank you for giving us the opportunity to speak with you today. Unfortunately we were unable to speak to the Toyota Service person from your location to go over our reason for replacing the Actuator based on the ABS light on the dash. Once performed health check found code C1360 and followed Toyota’s flow chart which leads us to replace the actuator. Due to unforeseen circumstances the part was delayed. When we installed the part we test drove vehicle for 2 miles and everything was ok and ABS light was off. After your family member picked up the vehicle and drove over 10 miles the issue returned leading us to find a second concern which we addressed at no charge. We are happy to say we were able to get your family members back on the road safely.

Service Advisor, Danny Colon, at last appointment did not re-set my car's notice system nor change my next scheduled appointment. So I show up when no scheduled maintenance is needed, wasting my time. Sloppy! Also, I-10's used car department took advantage of my elderly father last summer by not giving him near enough trade in value when his car value was actually much, much higher. Definitely disappointed in my experience with I-10. To list of my issues: - Never received call before work was started like I was told - Wasn’t told I won’t be able to use my trunk kick sensor anymore, a feature we paid extra for on the Sienna - Waited over 5 hours before they even started working on the van - Was told it was a 2” hitch they were installing; was actually a 1 1/4” hitch they installed Will not be coming back to I-10 in the future.

Found the used vehicle we wanted online. Went to the dealership where the salesman raised the ADVERTISED price by $3000 - all unwanted extras. They would not sell the car to us for the advertised price! Beware of this dealership! Follow-up: Internet Sales Manager contacted me and offered to sell the car at the listed price; I declined, but at least they made an attempt to set things straight.

There are not enough stars to rank. 5 is not enough. Assistant Service Manager Paola Arredondo is amazing! On Wednesday, May 18, without any warning, my 2013 Toyota Prius C 3 would not turn on, unbeknownst to me, my DC/AC Inverter had been fried. Thankfully I was at work, but I was still 40+ miles away from home and it was about 2:30p. I called the I-10 Toyota service department and Paola picked up, I let her know that the car would be towed to I-10 Toyota and the notification that the car was giving my on the front display. She immediately started the paperwork so that the delay in service would be minimal. Got the car to I-10 Toyota, she notified me that they would most likely have to keep the car overnight, but had me talk to the rental car people in the next building. I was out of there in less than an hour, with a new 2022 Rav4 and a way to get home without completely inconveniencing any family or friends. A day later, Paola gave me the bad news, that the full repairs for the car was going to exceed the Blue Book Value of the 2013 Toyota Prius C 3 with 185,500 miles. I was devastated, I would need to find a new or used car quickly. Paola assured me that I could keep the rental over the weekend and to do what I needed to do. That kind of assurance was exactly what I needed to hear in my time of distress. A few days later, I ended up purchasing a different brand of vehicle and had to clear out my old car. Paola helped facilitate that as well and then a day later I realized that I had forgotten something in the car. I emailed her and she assisted me again. I truly believe it was Divine Intervention that connected the two of us and I am thankful for it. I want to assure you that Paola's service was top notch, quite honestly the best service I have ever received at any dealership ever. Paola and her team brings new meaning to customer service and I will recommend I-10 Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in The Coachella Valley.

There prices are dishonest they show$15995 for a camry online then when I asked the out the door price they said $22,032 because dealer add ons, and said the add ons are because of car shortages. Stay clear of this place, the car is valued at $14,467 on kbb.
We have upgraded some of our used cars with useful and beneficial accessories. Also, to keep the pricing competitive we have reduced our selling price to accommodate for the accessories. The blue book price mentioned is a lending value and the cars are selling for more than that at the auction if a dealer wants to buy one frontline ready. As we look around us, everything has gone up by a lot. Homes are selling for more than they are listed??? We care for our customers and we have a strong following. We will always work with you, had you come in and given us a chance you would have left happy.

I don’t know why i bought a toyota again. Don’t feel welcome here or any other toyota dealer. Car has issues and all they said is wait for parts indefinitely. Make sure you nake appointment before coming here because they dont take walk in. They don’t look that busy.

Can't recommend this place enough. We flew in from out of state to buy a Rav4 Prime, and Anthony and Ramiro were so helpful in getting everything taken care of, down to picking us up from the airport and making sure all our questions were answered, even after the sale was completed. Anthony even called us a few times on the drive back, just making sure everything was working and asking if we had any questions.

Diagnosed my car the day I dropped it off instead of waiting until the next day when my appointment was. It was a quick fix and I got my car back the same day. They even washed my car for me! Happy with my experience.

I was checked in right on time, was quickly apprised of the service evaluation, given a fair quote and was kept updated. Really the first negative experience with I10 Toyota. The service coordinator lied to me about how long it would take - he said 2-3 hours and I would wait as I had no other transportation. After almost 4 hours I inquired and was told they were just taking my car back. Why had they not told me the truth. They did get me a free rental car when I insisted as my ill wife (breast cancer) was home alone. And I requested that they pick up the car but they refused. Dishonesty all the way around from service department. If Steve had been there it would never have happened.

Not impressed at all. Had an oil change and when l got home l checked the oil and it was on the ad oil line. I also had new battery installed and when l was checking the oil l discovered that the molding they removed to get to the battery was not re installed.I did find some of the fasteners and installed them myself. I returned to the dealership to have new ones installed that were missing, at which time they topped the oil to full line.

No aggressive upselling of services. Downside: Had an appointment scheduled. Waited 30 minutes after arrival to be checked in and 20 minutes after the work was done to be checked out. Total time 2 hours for a basic oil and filter change.

Toyota failed to perform a recall repair at my last visit--preventing me from renewing my registration on time & costing me extra in late fees. They never notified me about the recall, so I had to schedule it myself. They said it'd take ≈5 hrs, so I waited all day. Towards the end of the day I was told they may not finish it, and to come back tomorrow--though I had no car to drive home. Asked for a ride, but they refused since I live farther than their arbitrary 8mi limit for their van. They said I should "call a friend for a ride." Under some pressure they managed to finish it before 6pm, but I'm appalled they wouldn't provide a ride when they couldn't finish a repair on time. Not good customer service

This was the easiest car buying experience I ever had! I had gone on the I 10 Toyota website and was looking at Highlanders. The chat folks got me in touch with the Internet manager. I let Jose Diaz know what I was looking for. Next thing I know he has put a deal together, I go in and test drive my car, and we sign on the dotted line. He and the I 10 Toyota people are wonderful. This is my third Highlander from them. And I use their service too!

Worst car buying experience ever. Felt completely taken advantage of. I will say I walked into this dealership exhausted from work and by myself. I am a new mom to a foster child and walked in looking for a reliable car. I take complete responsibility for that and shouldn't have been there under those conditions because I was cornered into a bad deal. I guess I felt like I had such a positive and good experience with Angela and the team the first time buying a Toyota, I felt it would be the same each time. I do put a lot of blame on myself for lack of attention and allowing the deal to take place but I guess I just put my trust in the wrong people and place. Even called to talk to the finance manager after, and he 100% agreed it wasn't a good deal, but then tried to say it was because of the market. There may be truth to that, but I am 100% positive I could have walked over to Honda and got a better deal in the same situation. Which honestly that was the initial plan, but again I just trusted the wrong people this time so that's on me. So congratulations I-10 Toyota team you definitely got me, but you also lost a customer. Not only will I never come back to this dealership, I'll never buy another Toyota again. Thanks for the experience and the lesson. I truly believe there is HONEST, hard working people in this industry that are trying to genuinely help people out in need, but those kind of people do not work at this dealership.

Horrible customer experience the 2nd time around. They're sweet when selling you a car, but horrible about honoring their warranty. I came in with an emergency oil leak & the service advisor Eddie didn't help at all, he was more concerned with charging me than helping me. I have a 5 year power train warranty that I purchased with my vehicle but he was adamant that it didn't cover any diagnostic or emergency services. What is the point of a warranty in that case? If I could plan out when my car breaks then I would, just to not inconvenience this establishment. I will be taking my business elsewhere from this point on, I don't like being robbed.
Hello Mr. Rios. I looked into this and see you do your oil changes at other places. Your drain plug was not put on correctly which is what caused the leak. Of course this would not be covered under any warranty. We did take you in asap as we were concerned about the leak and did not charge you a diagnostic fee. I am so sorry you feel we did not take care of you. We are here for you when ever you wish to come in.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Toyota Prius at Indio Toyota with Anthony as our salesman. He was friendly and has a caring, honest vibe. He showed us how to operate the car since we have never owned a hybrid car. He was patient and answered all our questions and concerns. We are so happy with our new car purchase and the dealership we purchased from! We bought the car on a busy Saturday. We were there 4 hours, only because the finance guy was so busy that we had to wait until our turn. Go there if you want a positive experience. The dealership is the nicest one I have been to and everyone was super friendly.

Everybody wants to feel taken care of when you go to a dealership and I can tell you I received that TLC at I-10 Toyota! I was breaking down on the 86 Freeway, I called I-10 Toyota and Jesus answered the phone and immediately tried to help me get to the dealership My truck was only going 35 miles and failing me. He reassured me that he would get it looked at and if there was any cancellations, he would try to get me in if I can get to the dealership by 6 PM. Paola is the first person who greeted me & handled my situation with such love and care. From there we moved to the VIP department, with a few calls Nallali assured me that I would get help. When We all realized that my truck was un repairable….(I was devastated) Fleet manager, Angela Gragg took over and had compassion for my situation. Between Angela and Ray, I really received good care. All the way down to Victor in finance, The streamlined paperwork and delivery process was so easy. My overall experience was excellent!!! With everyone i encountered. I can’t think I-10 Toyota enough! Who would of thought I’d be driving home with a 2015 Tundra at Christmas time!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!

Today I am still in question of my vehicle being recovered and just got off the phone with reception who denied leaving their desk or asking another employee to check on that for me. If I find a ride I will bring you all treats to have at your desks and I'll bring some towelettes for you too to maintain your desks cleanliness. I appreciate your reception but think your service to the comfort and quality of peoples' lives is seriously lacking and I will pray for you. Thanks, but no thanks. When my vehicle arrives, I am pretty sure I'll be towing it to another Toyota company. My car continues to run great and although people tell me it’s too expensive to have a dealership service your car, I prefer the peace of mind that work is done correctly by people who know my vehicle.

Asked them very kindly and clear do not wash my truck. And they washed it getting my truck bed wet with cargo in the back. Then I looked underneath my truck and saw oil splatter all over the skid plates. Zero effort put into it.

Very slow service! Last time it took over two hours the time before that three hours. Only make an appointment if you have plenty of hours to spare! When I spoke with the manager about the issue the explanation was unsatisfactory and did it seem to make much sense. I’ve gone to other Toyota dealerships have been in and out in less than 30 minutes. The mechanics are good and office staff are friendly but takes way too long! Update… my last appointment. 2/7/22 Still slow as heck even with an appointment a basic oil change and driver belt replaced took 4.5 hrs!!! Totally unacceptable!! An oil change should take at most 30 minutes, same thing to replace the belt!! It takes hardly any time at all. So why was I there for that long? Speaking with a manager did no good! Do yourselves a favor and don’t schedule so many appointments…and if you are over booked with appointments, walk-ins should not be put into the air!!! Poor management!!! I feel bad for the people in the office that have to deal with all the complaints because I was not the only one in the waiting room upset. I have to travel over an hour to this location since it is the closest Toyota dealership and a courtesy shuttle was not available!!! You all have to deal with this because some people have no choice but to come to your dealership for service. We will never be returning to this location!!! We will choose to drive a bit further for better service and less wait time.

I was a little grumpy when I got there, but all of the employees were really nice. First they parts guy put the batteries in my key pod. And the service team were very polite and the estimate was more than what was actual price turned out to be which was really a blessing.

I cannot say enough positive things about the reason experience I had with purchasing my 2022 Camry hybrid XSE. I began looking at this car sometime in January and in February I finally decided to go and take a look well as many of you know there aren’t very many options on the car lots at the moment. Alan my sales guy was amazing the whole six weeks while I waited for my car. I receive the text message that stated my car was in so I went down to look at the car. Of course I fell in love with it but it’s not to fall in love with LOL. Normally comes the hard part to financing the negotiations and all the paperwork which in all honesty makes me dread buying a car. Let me tell you the negotiation and the financing the paperwork keys out the door took no more than 2 1/2 hours I was very impressed with how smooth everything went and how great everyone was during the process. This is a trying time for many people and we are all doing the best we can to get by but they really just made this process a lot easier than I anticipated. I have always bought a different brand of car but I think I’m officially a Toyota girl Now

Overall great service dept, just needs a bit of attention to detail. Requested NOT to have my vehicle washed but they did it anyway. Glad I was getting it detailed after the oil change n not before. 5/31 Update Truck was in for an oil change and was washed again. I was told by service advisor Paola A. that my account would have a " do not wash " note. Truck was detailed and ceramic coated 3 weeks ago, so a bit frustrating they ran it through the car wash. I should have reiterate and confirmed that "no wash" note, so I suppose im partly at fault. If you're coming here and you do not want a wash due to how damaging those car washes are to the paint, I suggest getting a sign that says DO NOT WASH and placing it on the dash. I will from now on. Service was great overall, but again it is the little details for me.

By my best car buying experience end of story. Angela Gragg was my sales person (she was stellar a real professional.I was out of town gave her all my information and when I arrived in 2 minutes I agreed on my payment, interest rate, finance and down payment and we where done; it all just felt right and was what I wanted. No back and forth bs. On to Rosario Valenzuela finance manager, not only did he have cool stories of his grandfather, we where done in 30 minutes. No cheesy shenanigans. I would recommend my experience with I-10 Toyota to everyone.

I came in for a routine service and a recall. These people did my recall incorrectly and when I called them to inform them that my car died because of this they told me I could bring my car back in. Mind you the car is dead. Can’t be driven at all. So I ask if they would be able to tow it and these people said they could and that’ll be $300 that they MIGHT be able to reimburse if they found that it was something they did. Obviously if they were the last people to work on my car the signs would point it was something they did. I live an 1.5 hours away. Anyways I call my service consultant no response and I call the service manager Ivan left a voicemail with my number and all no response. So I get an appointment a week later they take the car do what they do and now the lights on my dashboard are wired incorrectly. If you like wasting your time come to this service center.

Not the best time to buy any car!! They are way overpriced!! This car was inflated over 7,000 dollars!! My car as a trade in was reduced 3000. On top of the 6000. Reduction for it being a trade in!! This is my third Toyota and the second car from this dealership!! They have no inventory and have to make profit with 1/4 the amount of cars to sell!!! Do the Math!! Consumers suffer!!! Thank you!!!

Pretty awful. Huge markup for stuff that was not agreed to prior to deposit. Paint protection was charged but not applied. Security system was installed but not explained. Trying to get these guys to call you back is a joke. Unfortunately if you want a Toyota in this area you are stuck with limited choices.

Normally I go to Toyota of the desert but takes 2 to 3 weeks to schedule an appointment and I’m not sure what my schedule looks like so I ended up trying I 10 Toyota and I was able to get an appointment within two days and only took about an hour and a half to complete my service. If only they had the same package desert offers three for 130 would be great Definitely will be back.

Outstanding service the reason for the 4 star rating is I was there for service and a recall on the tundra and all they did was impractical the recall problem and ordered parts. Know I have to waste another day and miss a days work.

It is a kinda strange business model with a cast of many service reps working with you when all you really need is an appointment and at least one person to work on the car. With the spare time you can look at the new car inventory and see All new cars have the “special desert upgrade” added to them for $5000. What does that include?…nothing. ! When dealers start by packing their cars with silly price gouging tactics it makes it pretty clear where not to go for the next new car.

We needed urgent service after an accident. The car was towed in with very little body damage. Primarily needed a new tire, alignment and underside opinion to see if there was any other damage. The service was very good and they had a tire in stock. We left the car overnight and the next morning it was completed. It made us very happy that 1-10 was honest with only a diagnosis of minor repair. They could have sold me anything underneath the car. Wonderful treatment (see Fernando in the service department) and keep up the great customer service.

I own a GMC that I love is my work truck side step single cab, a Nissan Altima gray, a Jeep Cherokee gray, a Honda Civic green. It started with a phone call and four days later I drove away in my new Camry. It was as simple as telling Angela what i wanted, and she got it. Out the door price up front and did not change. All the mechanical was great! My only complaint is you didn’t have coffee or normal snacks for those customers waiting on our cars.

Unfortunately, bad experience with this dealership. Please purchase and take your cars to Toyota of the Desert. I bought my first Toyota there and I never encountered this issue. I have spent over 4,000 dollars at this dealership over the last year. I even had good interactions with their staff in the past. But this time, they tried ripping me off for more money on repairs. I took my truck in for a routine check up. Everything that came up on the diagnostics test was repaired (except for the spark plugs, which will be replaced in a few months with the transmission fluid). I told Jae I would have them spark plugs replaced and transmission fluid changed at I-10 because they always treated me well. He pushed back stating I should have them repaired. Jeez, you already got 1,000 out of me just on a routine check. You want another 550? They kept my vehicle for over 4 days because they broke an item inside of my vehicle and had to order the part. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I noticed the tire pressure light was on. This did NOT come up on the diagnostics test and my truck did not have this when I came in. I informed Jae I just bought 4 new tire pressure sensors from I-10 a year ago. He said he would replace any if they were damaged. He calls me back a few days later and states that they aren’t under warranty and I have to pay if they need to be replaced. So let me get this straight. I have to pay for new tire sensors even though I just bought them from you a year ago? And the issue occurred during your time with my truck? And you moved around my tires? Horrible customer service. And my family were right, never again coming to this dealership. Go to Toyota if the Desert!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the auto industry especially your dealership. Went in for a simple oil change and turned out to be a cluster. They washed the truck and also soaked the work boots that were in the back bed. The interior was totally ransacked. Smh.

Abel was very helpful, he showed me the safest and most reliable cars on the lot. He was very knowledgeable and got me a great deal on a 2020 corolla se. He wasn't trying to push unnecessary products and features on me but instead asked me what features I was looking for in a car. The detailing crew did a bad job but it didn't matter too much to me. Overall a great experience but if detailing is important to you, you might be sure to tell them to take their time on it. 2 years later and Abel helped me find a hybrid for my long commute to work, helped me find the best deal and I now have a prius xse to save money on gas with fewer trips to the gas station. Great people all around. Finance was very helpful and didn't push me to add more warranties and unnecessary upgrades or packages. I'd recommend this Toyota dealership to anybody looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. If you're in the market for a hybrid, they go fast!

While in search of our new vehicle I’ve visited 5 dealerships in the valley test driving the top 5 vehicles of my list. There are some good dealerships and there are a couple very bad ones. When I went to I 10 Toyota I’ve gotta say that they know how to treat customers. AntDog is now my salesman for life. He is honest, funny, engaging, knowledgeable, friendly, non pressuring and all together a sales professional. He patiently worked with my wife and I as we test drove a few vehicles before falling head over heals with our pick. Then, he took us to meet the finance guy Ramiro. Usually these guys are kind of slimy and trying to hide the details in their fast talk. Ramiro was like a teacher. Efficient, fast but even when I asked over and over again he took time to answer my questions. I asked him to explain one thing like I was a 5 year old. He took tine to draw pictures and graphs. I’m a sales guy and I’ve gotta say that this was not a sales transaction. This seemed more like a dating service matching us to the car that fits our search without breaking the bank. I 10 Toyota, where have you been all my life?

If you are looking for a new Toyota I would highly recommend Angela at i10 Toyota. I am what you would call a high maintenance car buyer. I started my process months ago. I was contacted by Angela through the Costco program back in December and she was the perfect Salesperson for me. Not pushy and overly aggressive but still very attentive to my needs. I never purchased back in December but when I contacted her last week she remembered me and even replied to my texts while she was on Vacation. When I showed up out of the blue today she was with a customer but unlocked a 4runner for me to check out and went back to her customer without missing a beat. She remembered things that I had forgotten and was very helpful during the 3 minute discussion we had. If you are in the market for a new Toyota you wont find a better person to deal with.
