I just purchased a new(to me) used car from Jeff Wyler Hyundai in Beavercreek. Our salesman Barry was excellent. Very attentive, personable and fun to deal with. He made everything so easy every step of the way and took great care of us. The finance manager was also very friendly, took the time to explain all the details and was well prepared so that he didn't take too much of our time. Overall my best experience purchasing a car ever.

I had my car towed to the dealership with two key fobs. I tried calling for 10 days to get an update on my car…. I was unable to make contact with anybody in the Service Department & left several messages with no return call. I stopped by the dealership to get an update only to find out that my key fobs were lost and no work had been started by my car. This was 10 days without me being contacted… One day later with still no contact by phone I stopped by the dealership again. I met the brand new Service Manager Alex who walked me around to have me locate my key fobs. We finally found them in the third location that we looked which was a new board in the shop that Alex had just recently implemented to help his Service team. At that point Alex escalated the servicing of my car & personally called me to take care of my service needs. Overall not a good experience, but Alex helped to get the job completed finally & I feel like he will make great improvements to the dealership. I was disappointed that I was not offered anything for my troubles, but honestly I didn’t ask for anything (that’s not my style), I only wanted to get my car back in a reasonable amount of time. Alex did apologize several times for my troubles.

First time car buying experience, couldn’t have asked for a better one. From my first random phone call to signing for my temp tag. Dillon was great. He was transparent, knowledgeable, and no pressure sales anywhere at any phase of the sale. From Barry manager, to Sarah the financial manager, smooth process. Will def be back for business in the future, and will def recommend to anyone i know looking to join the Hyundai family!

Fast service. Easy to schedule online appointment. I just wish they had later hours as closing at 5pm is not not very customer friendly. They do provide a work around which involves going into the dealership and obtaining your keys from the sales manager which is not as convenient.

I love everything about this dealership. I get the absolute best service. They are very friendly. My wait is short for them to get everything done. They explain what they did clearly. And they didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. They really are top notch.

I purchased a new Kona. Bob Dean was amazing. We have never been to a dealership and had a salesman treat us so nice. He took time to go over pricing. He showed us multiple cars and then allowed us time to talk about and decide on a vehicle. He went over the different options and amenities that came with the cars and helped up understand everything. This was a great experience. I would highly recommend this Hyundai dealership and Bob the awesome salesman.

Alex is one of the most kind hearted people at this dealership, or any dealership that I have met. He made sure that I was fully aware and up to date on everything going on with my car. When I dropped it off, it was barely drivable. Now, the car drives like new and I am very appreciative of his kindness and understanding my special situation. Thank you very much for everything you have done for me Alex, it is very appreciated.

Excellent service by my sales representative, Bob Dean. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Allowed me space and time to make a well-informed decision. Pleasantly surprised by the abundant selection of new vehicles. They had just what I was looking for. Very impressed by Bob and all the staff who assisted in the process.

Jeff wyler is a wonderful place to buy a car. My agent Johnny brown was friendly , transparent and open from the moment we met to when I pulled my car off the lot. Honest with financial discussions and not pushy. Would use him again on my next car. Sara from finance was helpful and made the process easy.

I purchased a new SUV. From the sales person Jim, to the paperwork everything was wonderful. Jim was great. I told him what I wanted on my car and he was very knowledgeable and personable. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership!
