Hurst Lending was as personally involved and invested in our home buying process as we were. They went out of their way to help us at every step. We are novice home buyers and Jay and Carey would stop and answer our (very basic) questions at a moments notice. They took the time to make complex terms understandable and a lot less intimidating. Here recently I finalized an investment refinance loan while working with Tony Severance. I had a great experience working with Tony as he constantly keep me updated through out the loan process. Overall a seamless process from beginning to end with our timeline staying on track. Plans are to continue to work with Hurst Lending / Tony on any future lending opportunities.

We called Hurst as a last option after 6 months of dealing with the lender I hold my mortgage with. At the very last hour I was told that we could not close on our investment property.
