Pros: The sales associate Joel made purchasing the car seamless as well as gave me a competitive price. Keep Joel. Cons: I bought a Wrangler Sahara 4XE in November 2021 and it has been nothing but a problem since the day I brought it home. The day after I brought the car home it failed to start. For weeks I was told they don’t know what the problem is. That they are working with corporate to figure out how to fix it. After 3 weeks of them “Servicing” the vehicle, I was told to come pick up the vehicle. The moment I drove off the lot, there goes the check engine light. When I turned around and brought the car back to Huntington Service Center, I was greeted with “Oh, its still doing that”. Clearly, they have no idea what they are doing. I have gotten nothing but complete unprofessionalism from every person in the service department. I never get call backs. There is no communication from their departments and when I hear from them, they response is we don’t know what is wrong with the vehicle. My Wrangler Sahara 4xE has been at Huntington Jeep Service Center monthly since the purchase date. As each month goes by, the vehicle doesn’t take a charge, completely stops working, and or the check engine light continues to go on. For a $65,000 car, I shouldn’t be in the service department on a monthly basis. The time I have been given a rental car, I was left with a rental with broken wind shield wipers flying off during a snow storm. Last week, I dropped off my 4xE at Huntington Jeep Service Center and for the first time since November, a service worker stated there has been gas cap issues with the vehicle leading to check engine light turning on which is why the car is failing to charge. The service center ordered me a new charger and stated that this might be the issue I have been having for the last 6 months. When returning my vehicle, it was given to me DAMAGED. They did not even have to decency to let me know they had damaged the car and just drove away. I have never bought a car from such an unprofessional group of people. It is disappointing considering the amount of cars I have purchased from them as well as the amount of people I have sent to them. Don’t forget that Jeep has failed to state the electric engine does not work on cold days. Not to mention the car only goes 25 miles on electric when it does work, not the advertised 50 miles electric.

From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. No one immediately jumped on me and the staff were so pleasant and accommodating. David was great - I believe he works with both new and used cars, and got me the answers I needed without much back and forth. Very straightforward and to-the-point, and he helped me find what I was looking for rather than trying to just make the sale. I’d been shopping around for a car for a few months and had gone into 7+ dealerships for test drives and prices, and this dealership was by far the best one I’d visited. Five stars, two enthusiastic thumbs up. If this place is still around when I want to trade this in, this is the first place I’m going.

My husband bought a used truck from Huntington Jeep and had a great experience with Vaughn! When my lease was up on my Jeep, the dealer I had previously went to was unwilling to work with us. We reached out to Vaughn and he was able to help us out. The manager wanted to make us happy because we were repeat customers. We had a great experience!

The service was amazing. I came in optimistic about getting a new car and everyone was extremely patient with me and helping me choose the right car for me. I was shocked on how fast it took for the deal to get done. Definitely recommend for any of your car needs you will be taken care of!

Dan took care of me and navigated my process smoothly. I was ready for the back-and -forth process that usually comes with dealerships. But Dan was direct, honest and to the point. The process was quick, efficient and I’m very happy with the price.

I ordered a Wrangler for lease in February on 2021 for pickup around May. I wanted to negotiate the price of the lease at the time of order but was told that the price wouldn’t hold because offers and incentives would be different in May so any price we came to wouldn’t be valid in May. They said we would negotiate in May. May comes, I pick up the car, and they tell me that the price is the price and there is no negotiation. I relay the previous conversation and they say well, we can reopen the numbers but it may not go well for you. They lied to me. I will never go back. Untrustworthy. I was nervous about getting a Jeep from you guys because I had heard things like this before. I was disappointed to learn first hand that they were true.

Hello, I would like to share my experience at Huntington Jeep by naming the pros and cons: Pros: - Was able to find the vehicle that I wanted - Jeep Rubicon 4XE with leather interior and Sky-top roof in Sting Gray. - Process was relatively easy with a few technical difficulties - Price was better than most local dealers Cons - Sales associates (Keith) was unable to meet me at the dealership, but arranged for his finance manager (Joe) to meet me and explain the details. However, Joe arranged for another sales associate show us the vehicle. Sad to say that the associate didn't know all the details about the vehicle, certain drive modes (4H vs 2 WD part-time), and didn't offer us a test drive (which I will go into more detail below). The sales associate actually told us to use lowest regular gas and only after the 5th fill-up use premium (which I never heard of). However, he didn't warn us about the gas cap issues (not aligned will cause the engine light to stay on), and using a low grade gas will have driving train issues (as per certain Jeep blogs and the service technicians at Jeep). - Within two weeks the vehicle is in for service due to the engine light continually on and just found out that it was leaking coolant and needs a new water pump (which will take 5 to 10 days to obtain). Additionally, once replaced, the service department will have to perform a complete diagnostic check to determine the engine light causing various sounds and a sluggish drive. - Contacted the dealer as soon as possible. Was told by Keith to call back once the service technicians had a chance to look at the vehicle. Once the service department diagnosed the water pump issue, I immediately contacted the dealer three times and asked for Keith, Joe, and Bob, the sales manager. The receptionist explained that emails were sent to the office manager, however, to date have not received any calls back. All I would have wanted is to have my phone calls returned to discuss options as to loaner car, or other considerations to relieve these issues. Overall, this experience, started pleasant, but has ended up being your typical car dealership experience. Only thing I can recommend, is getting the best price, but to fully inspect the vehicle before driving off the lot, as truth be told, its my problem now and that's why cars have warranties...

My salesman Keith was outstanding and did not pressure me at all, like I had been at other dealers. He worked with me to build and create the Jeep that had everything I wanted. Just be careful. I leased a Jeep from this location because I got a good price, but I do not feel like I knew what I was getting into with whatever deal they have with Fusion Auto Finance. Once you drive off the lot you with no longer have any support or customer service from Jeep Huntington whatsoever, and you'll be dealing with Fusion and a separate bank as well (Teachers FCU in this case). I just got charged an extra month payment on my lease (after I returned the car!) and very frustrated with the end-of-lease experience. Maybe I am just naive -- this was my first leasing experience -- but I expected way more.

Huntington was the best pricing I found between several dealerships - their starting price was already lower than the negotiated price at Westbury or Empire. My salesperson, Steve, and the manager, Bob, both gave off good vibes and were very personable. However, there were some strange incidents that left the dealership unfit for a perfect review - not receiving a followup call after they replenished their inventory that I was waiting on, offering me vehicles which turned out to already be sold, then somehow turned out to be mysteriously available again. I had to visit the dealership five times when we probably could have reached a deal in one. Granted, they were kind and apologetic each step of the way. At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted at a good price, am happy with the overall experience and would return to Huntington Jeep again.

I purchased a used car and had Pete for a salesman and had to reach out to manager Bob Kravitz. They promised everything and delivered nothing they had promised. Both times Bob promised to reach back out to me and follow up. 1 month after the purchase we noticed the brakes were grinding. We called back and Pete said he was going to personally going to set up the appointment for us. We went on the day we were supposed to and he never made the appointment Bob tried to reassure us and do the right thing. He said he was going to have them pick up our truck and bring us a loaner car because of the mess up on their end. He never called back or followed up. As soon as the car was sold , they couldn't be bothered making things right. I strongly urge anyone who wants great customer service and no headaches to stay away from Huntington jeep / Chrysler

I recently stopped in to inquire about a 2021 Dodge Durango. The moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. I sat with a salesman named Pete who I would highly recommend. Pete made the whole experience feel effortless and painless. I like the fact that the salesman runs all of the numbers right at their desk instead of going back and forth to the sales manager and coming back with information written on a blank page like other dealerships. When I sat with Pete I felt like I knew him for years. Pete isn’t the typical car salesman. It felt like I was sitting with an old friend I haven’t seen in years. The salesman (Joel) never did one thing he said he would do - never returned one call. Asked for a refund because I didn’t want to deal with them. That still hasn’t happened. Left messages for manager “Jonathan”. No response. You guys are absolutely horrible. Now it gets real !

Incredibly disappointed with how much the customer service in this facility has failed. I've purchased 5 separate vehicles from them with no hassle and 100% responsiveness. I have a lease ending this month and was willing to return as a customer until I got completely blown off. Multiple phone calls to separate extensions with no return call. When I called expressing my concern I was told "we have no vehicles till July anyway and they are all spoken for". Sad. Very sad way to treat a customer.

The service department is awful. On two separate occasions I made appointments in advance of dropping off the vehicle. Both times my vehicle was not worked on for more than a day. Simple, oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, transmission service. Easy maintenance work. The kicker is I bought the vehicle from them. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE.

Been dealing with Huntington Jeep for many years have owned several vehicles there were Chrysler products my 2010 dodge ram had a safety recall going back to 2018. Every time that we went to the dealership with one of our vehicles they were asked about the safety recall parts every single time they told me the parts are not available when I called them to voice my concerns their answer was we order the parts to you in 2020 that I never came in Truth Be Told they never told me they received a parts. mean while over the last several years when my other vehicles went in to them they were asked many times about the recall and every time they told me parts were not available . I recently moved down to North Carolina and went into a dealership and asked about the recall and the parts and they told me they have been available all this time. And to find out my gas tank was ready to fall out of my Ram and my Wife could’ve been killed all because of Huntington Jeep‘s neglect. My advice to everyone is do not trust Huntington Jeep with yours and your family safety because they just don’t care

I came into Huntington Jeep in September and Pete pleasantly advised me to wait until December so that he could get me a better deal on my new Grand Cherokee Limited. I came back in December and they were true to their word. All in all the deal was done within an hour and I leased a new car faster than going on the drive thru line to get a coffee at Starbucks.

I've been having some trouble with my 2012 Jeep Compass. It was purchased in Hawaii new, travelled on a cargo ship to Texas, driven straight to Grand Rapids from San Antonio with no overnight stays and moved me to Long Island. A wonderful nine year old car. Finally a necessary repair would be more than the worth of the car, so with little time I needed to make the decision to buy a new one (didn't need 4WD in Texas and Hawaii - winter is coming). I called Huntington Jeep and reached Keith. There was a specific vehicle I wanted to see, but he was completely honest and said it was potentially spoken for. I went anyway. The extremely low mileage Grand Cherokee did end up being spoken for (man what a steal someone got), but he showed me what they had. I must have gotten to the dealership at 2:30PM, I drove a beautiful 2019 Grand Cherokee, low miles, fairly priced. Keith facilitated everything so flawlessly and it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had (coming from someone who would rather buy a new car than new tires in the past). I was at the dealership for maybe two hours (20 minutes of it waiting on my husband to come from New Hyde Park). We even dodged the rain. I would highly suggest Jeep (of course), but this specific dealership and Keith. It was a seamless process. There was no selling me something I didn't ask for - and I was easy - Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, Wrangler Unlimited - find one, show me, I'll decide. I really appreciate the honesty and not being run around.

Smoothest car buying experience ever! I was shopping around and had a few other appointments at other dealerships, but went no farther after speaking with Tom. They were able to get me a brand new car at a price I could afford, no pressure tactics or bait and switch schemes. Koran was very helpful with financing and explained everything clearly. As a public service announcement I would suggest avoiding this dealership. I’m a long time Jeep Wrangler owner and came in after putting money down on a new wrangler from this locations online inventory. I came out to show the dealership my current wrangler for trade in and they lowballed me on the offer to a really unseemly level. When I told them nicely not to worry I would still take the car but I would sell my car on craigslist the owner of the dealer came back and increased the price of the wrangler by 5k. I told them politely to remove my deposit as I don’t do business with thieves. I can tell you that I’m my opinion the service representative who called to tell me was a very nice person and did nothing wrong other than to deliver a really bad message from what is in my opinion an unscrupulous dealer.

When I came to Huntington Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge, I met Andre. He was respectful, and I could tell he was willing to help me to the best of his ability! I recently picked up my new car & had been working with Tom Smith for my previous lease as well my current one. He is very helpful & professional. He worked with me so I could afford what I wanted on my budget. I was happy they had the exact car I wanted in stock as covid has made inventory a little low. I did come back yesterday to drop off my spare key for my old Jeep as I had forgotten it the day prior. Tom was helping another customer & I did have 2 questions about my car & was given to another salesman (I don’t remember his name) the to answer my questions & he seemed a little unsure & wish I had Tom to help out. Other than that, I’ve had a positive experience & would recommend someone to come here & work with Tom. I was in & out very quickly on the days I stopped in. Very easy process!

Rarely do i take the time to leave a Google review, however felt this one is well deserved. I performed a long and vigorous search for a Ram 1500, and had a very specific configuration/features in mind, and over time became very knowledgeable about the differences and what many dealers across the island were able to offer. After researching, calling and visiting 10+ dealerships, I had found that Huntington had a vehicle in stock that had everything i was looking for. I have bought and leased many vehicles from Smithtown Jeep, Empire Jeep, Security Jeep etc...but my experience with Huntington Jeep was the best by a large margin. The process was so easy going, and fast. I was in and out in approximately 45 minutes, all paperwork done! Waited a few hrs for car to be prepped and took it home same day. Very painless to buy a vehicle. Checkout was quick and easy. Would have gotten more stars but they locked my keys in the running car in the parking lot. Had to go get someone to help. Also, it would have been nice to see a full tank of gas after spending a lot of money instead of a quarter of a tank.

This was the best Car buying experience I ever had, everyone from my sales person to the finance manager was experienced and completly professional and this resulted in a very smooth transaction. I traded in my vehicle and was given great options to either lease or purchase. This is kind of Salesmanship that is very hard to find nowadays, most dealerships just throw inexperienced people out there and the transaction is very one-sided without any consideration for the purchasers side. Extremely pleasant, absolutely NO pressure! Purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Joel Soper the salesman, did research for the vehicle that we wanted. Located one but was unable to get it for us. He offered to place a Factory Order. He had told us it would take 6-8 weeks. He kept me up to date by communicating when the Jeep was built, shipped and arrival. It even came in earlier than promised! We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. This was by far the BEST purchase experience I have had. Do NOT go to the dealerships that consistently advertise, they all suck. Go to a dealer who’s reputation keeps them around by keeping their customers happy!
