Huntington Bank Orchard Lake Rd, West Bloomfield Township

I went to the beach on Cooley Lake Road on Monday night and it was out of service so I went to the branch on M59 and Pontiac Lake Road on Tuesday night to make a deposit and it was not accepting cash it said checks only since I have a difficult time waking it io is convenient for me to use the ATM when I called customer service she is you can go inside to take care of your business that is not an acceptable answer

Mark Henry, branch manager at the Livonia Huntington Bank, is very personable and answered all my questions. I have a son who is looking to move a checking account from another major bank. It is likely we will choose Huntington Bank because of Mark's service.

Update your Friday hours and I’ll bump you to a couple stars. It’s tough to run business when I show up at 5:15 with deposits and the door is locked.

Worst place ever. Susan Graham, you are in the wrong profession. My daughter's savings account was turned over to the state, and you offered no help. You wouldn't speak with me or help in any way. You would not let us speak with management or give us a phone number to help. I will NEVER deal with your branch again YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE.

DO NOT try to withdraw from this ATM if you don't have a Huntington card/account. I just put my card in to try and withdraw money in a hurry (I have another bank) and the atm ate my card and would not give it back. I then called the woman inside who told me that my card was immediately destroyed and could not be given back to me. How absurd. Thanks Huntington for the utter inconvenience and zero warning.

Great bank, everyone willing to do the extra mile except for the newbie. I use to like this branch until that untoward incident with the novice. Best of luck to the newbie.
