    When I bought my house I was pre approved for$ 250k by Huntington. I found a house for $ 150k. Was assigned 2 morgage agents. They didn't talk to each other. When I would give papers to one days later the other one would call me and ask for them. One went on vacation and the other one would not do anything until they got back in 2 weeks later. After 2+ months of not getting anywhere I went to a person I know in upper management and the VA loan was done in 2 weeks. Very poor

    Made a mistake when my employee was making a deposit and deposited more than was listed on the deposit slip. claimed they had to deposit the cash they were given not what was on the deposit slip. couldnt give cash back because my employee was not on the account. closing my account and taking the million+ I run thru there every year to a REAL bank that has brain cells. I am too busy to put up with stupidity

    The Branch Manager Thawrah Ikhlayel is arrogant and thinks she knows everything. After jumping through many hoops just to get access to my money, she refused to call the backend department for confirmation (even though customer support recommended me have them call in) and said “she didn’t need to” even though many other Huntington employees had told me otherwise. I went to a different branch and they cleared up the issue swiftly and they actually took the time to get me my money. I would steer clear of this bank because although they have many employees - they are obviously managed poorly. This is not the first poor experience I’ve had with this branch, and judging from the other reviews - it won’t be anyone else’s either.

    In at 420, four personal bankers, none of them would help me. Two claimed 430 appts but no one was there. Guy at drive thru took more customers the everyone else in building

    Very poor customer service. Told me a bunch of their "policies" that corporate said was incorrect when I called them. Attempted to close my account but was told they couldn't give me all my money at that time and could get a check.

    My grandmother, who is 72, and hard of hearing called in and spoke with Breanna. My grandmother wanted to know how to access her username bc she is locked out. Breanna answered that question and then my grandmother went to ask another question, but since Breanna was being very impatient with her, she just cut her off and sent her directly to customer service. So I called back and Breanna was being short and snippy with me and even just hung up without saying bye. So I called back to speak with a co worker( because of course there was no manager there at the time) and I told him he should have a talk with her on customer service and to have more patience with the elderly. Clearly she likes to take her problems out on others. Terrible work ethics

    I’ve been trying to transfer my checking account from my dads name into my name for the past month and a half and they said it would take 7-10 days i’ve came into the back atleast 3 or 4 times now and everytime they say it will take 7-10 days

    This is the WORST Branch !!! I got a check from my insurance company from my house having a flood. When the insurance cut me a check and I tried to deposit the check at this branch, they made me feel like a criminal. Had me waiting in line for 35 mins, as the teller called the insurance company to verify the check. he kept asking for my ID's. I been banking with Huntington for over 5 + years, and to be treated like this, is unexceptable. Then when you try to call the branch, to speak with the manager, you cant. I filed a complaint with the Corporate office , and will see where that goes. In short, dont use this branch, as they treat you like a criminal on any transactions over 1000 dollars.

    I've been a customer for over 25 years. In the last several years they have lost 2 of my deposits, one deposit I made as I was getting ready to leave on vacation. Had to delay leaving by a day so they could find my money, so I could use it on my vacation. There was no apology from them. Recently both of my debit cards where hacked. Huntington refused to give a provisional credit of my funds. They took Their sweet old time researching the fraud. (Even tho they admitted it has been a problem they have known about for almost a month now). They treat their customers like they don't care. Want to charge you $25 to get a new rushed debit card, Even tried to charge me to close my accounts with them. What a crock! When you are a victim of a crime they take full advantage of you and your situation. The commercials they have of them making fun of the big banks is a ironic lie. Avoid this bank like the plague! You have been warned.

    I've been banking with Huntington for years. This was my first time at this branch. The tellers are unprofessional. I wanted to deposit a large sum, and the machine got stuck. Ate $40 worth of cash. They told me theyl audit the machine and if they find that money in there, theyl deposit it. The teller kept trying to get the bills out instead of counting the rest and they keep talking amongst themselves. Took me a good 40 mins just to make a simple deposit. Terrible service.
