Huntington Bank N Broadway St, New Philadelphia

My family who had just lost both parents within a couple months had a very poor experience with this bank who has had the business of our beloved parents/grandparents for the last 70 years. We brought in all the proper paperwork to access the bank boxes & accounts only to be denied access, poorly treated and belittled by a woman named Carol. She was impossible to work with. She also gave us a fake name when asked as we insinuated we would make a formal complaint. We took time off a busy work day to only spend the day dealing with a know-nothing employee who needs some serious help with her people skills. Huntington needs to regulate who they employ and give proper training as we have left disappointed with our dealings with them.

They drianed the wrong account and haven't answered there phone in two days
