My mother in law is elderly and had issues resolving an error in her monthly ACH at the local level. So we called the toll-free customer service number and after being transferred three times and listening to the hold music for an hour, I finally decided to call one of the branches directly. Carl couldn’t have been more professional and pleasant!!! After only a few minutes on the phone we had all of the info we needed to resolve the error.
