I want to be specific… The branch manager Bobbie was helpful and got my issue taken care of.. Thank you! However, it was only after she had to hurry and end her conference call. Go and ask why her staff was not up front and making themselves available and helpful. Its one thing to be under staffed, but it is another to actually have the staff and it still seem as if you are a one man crew. SMH.

Very slow service..had to wait almost a half hour for service..only 2 workers there besides the bank manager..... one guy that was standing behind me waited for service for about 15 minutes ..them stated loudly before walking out the door ..this bank is going to hell!!! ..very slow service here

Inconsistent with their policies at this location they should close this location the staff are incompetent and unprofessional

This is the most horrible branch that I've encountered. They're ATM shut off DURING my transaction of depositing cash & they made it seem like it was my fault. Like I lied about what I put in the ATM. They made me feel unwelcomed, like I did wrong & they just had HORRIBLE customer service. This is not my first problem with their ATM or this branch. But once I get my last direct deposits out of there. I'm banking elsewhere. Oh yeah, they told me I had to wait til Wednesday to get my money & this happened Friday at 4:30pm. The WHOLE COMPANY should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Fast & friendly bankers with great customer service!

My boyfriend tried depositing money into our account and it not only took my debit card but it also took the money. When i tried calling the branch they said the new atm doesnt keep the cards and it didnt take the money so i will also be getting a overdraft fee on top of missing card and no explanation about where my money is. Definitely 100% will be switching banks!

Terese assisted me the last few times I visited this branch. Even at open she was full of smiles and warmth, which is difficult to find these days. Very nice employees and clean office. 5 stars!

I opened my account here and she was very nice. Her name is mrs. Motley. There are a few tellers that are really nice but one I don't care for. I've been here about six months. If its hard to go through the drive thru, I just got to the hill rd location. There are some really nice tellers there as well.

Amazing branch. Terrific staff. Opened my account with Mr. Hall. He was exceptional! Got my refinance of my home through this branch as well. I HIGHLY recommend this branch!!

The bankers are always so positive and upbeat. I've been coming to this specific branch for years after the purchase of First Merit. If I'm out and about by another branch, I still prefer to go to this one.
