Huntington Bank W Hill Rd, Flint

I don’t understand the low ratings here. They’re always friendly and very helpful. I mean it’s a bank... but it’s the best bank I’ve ever dealt with. Transactions are always very transparent (no mystery debit card charges waiting to invoke overdraft fees like some other banks - CHASE!!) deposits show up on time, plenty of online bill pay options, great app. And most importantly the people here are not judgmental and they really do want to help you with your finances, you just have to ask. By the way- Dort Federal can kiss my a**. I’ve been with Huntington for a few years now and I’m sticking with them. Great bank and this branch on Hill Rd. is solid.

Have had great experiences at multiple Huntington branches but I especially like when Madison works the window. Always fast and her smile will light up your day. Mikelle notarized my closing docs on a Saturday during the holidays helping me to get them there in time for a Monday closing Thanks again Mikelle.

Always help me out and have stayed open late to make sure they can help me.

Do not use this bank/ATM if you're not a Huntington member. We just lost an ATM card in the machine and were originally told we could get it back after the technician retrieved it, even though it wasn't a Huntington card, if we left our contact information and had a photo ID when we returned. We emphasized the importance of getting the card back, that it was issued by our employer and is how we got paid, and were then told it would be shredded! The manager who was called was rude, impatient and unprofessional. We work hard to keep a roof over our heads and food on our table and now can't access our money until our employer issues us a new card. If shedding non-Huntington cards that their machine doesn't return is bank policy it should be made known before you use their ATM!

Lazy! Won't even cash my check and give me the cash back, because they said it 'might bounce' when other Huntington branches will cash it!!! Pure laziness! And I went there a few times around noon, and they're closed! What kind of a bank completely shuts down for lunch??? I mean, all of the staff, really?!?! Dort Federal Credit Union is way better. So is Chase LOL.
