Melanie behind the desk was so helpful and nice!!!!!!! I banked at first merit before this became huntington and I have loved this bank ever since the switch. The staff here is always helpful and friendly but Melanie is my favorite! 💜

I have yet to meet someone who is not friendly. Opening an account was not only fun but easy. The tellers are always welcoming. Being able to go to the bank without anxiety is a nice feeling.

Absolutely tired of the rudeness from one teller in the drive thru with glasses. Always rolls her eyes n gives attitude. I'll go to the bank further in the next town over. Not dealing with the rudeness

Came in to open an account and waited in line longer than I was with a teller... Recommend setting an appointment if planning to stop by

My friend and I came here to get a huge banking issue figured which was in HUNTINGTON'S error. They kept contradicting themselves and we're not listening to what we had to say. The woman with customer service was absolutely no help and didn't even offer to attempt to fix the issue. It was such an awful experience, never again will she use that bank. Such a joke!!!

Perfectly average Huntington bank. Has 3 drive thru tubes and 2 atm machines outside. Has an inside lobby with a branch manager. Normal Huntington hours.

Outstanding customer service is the hallmark of this branch. It doesn't matter whether you go through the drive thru, or inside the bank, the tellers, new account manager, and senior management are extremely personable and highly competent. It would be hard to find a more service oriented staff.

Their customer service is non-existent, multiple times I have been in the drive through lane and they close the lane I am in and ignore it even though I had been in line for almost 10 minutes when they decided to close the lane. Going inside is even worse, if you have any issues or questions, expect to be talked down to by a group of the most condescending employees you will ever meet. Even though I live locally I make the drive to another branch, it's worth it.

I’ve dealt with a lot of the staff here and they have all been very friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend banking here.
