Huntington Bank Northwest Ave, Tallmadge

We are so disappointed with Huntington Bank for not following through with their Get $200 when starting “a new relationship”. Our daughter just tuned 18 and was so excited to open a checking and savings account. We received the $200 offer and was so excited but then were denied it because they said it was because we set it up one day prior to it starting. The form DOES NOT list a date requirement. We have banked many years at Huntington as well as with the prior bank they assumed. The promotion DOES NOT LIST A DATE. She meets all of the requirements. How terribly poor of Huntington Bank of Tallmadge to convey such negative reinforcement to a young new adult starting their saving and banking and then get a “BAIT AND SWITCH offer of get $200”! This may very well affect my families banking with Huntington and this is far beyond what they did not stick with their word.

Came in to open account for my daughter, so she can start work. I stood in the line then was told the manger had to do it, so we waited cause he was with another customer. Then at about 4:35 I was told he would be with that customer until close and I should make an appointment. Granted there was only one manager, but it was 4 others in the bank. How come they couldn’t open it for us. I mean if you can do it online, how hard can it be. It also look like there was a head manager, and why she couldn’t do it? I guess too busy trying to close

While, in the end, they're just another local bank, the branch manager makes this a good place to do business. You'll get not only a checking or other account but also knowledgeable, understanding professionalism with your personal banking experience.

It's like dealing with used car salesmen.. they tell you what you want to hear to make the deal, but then do the opposite.

Constantly almost an hour wait, regardless of how many customers there actually are. Hours are EXTREMELY inconsistent. Since when do you guys not stay open until noon on saturday? Coulda at least sent a notification....... laziness. If my more local giant eagle branch doesn't reopen soon, very much considering switching banks

Two major transactions....both involved countless calls, oppositional information. No one answers the phone....going round and round on their menu...two times the automated call-back told me they would call me with 20-30 minutes or so....carried my phone around with me...never received a call-back. Total frustration and several hours for each transaction subtracted from my day.

Your drive thru wait time is totally unacceptable!!! 25 mins!!! Ridiculous. Last time I come thru!! Do NOT use this branch....this SUCKS

Really wish the Google hours of operation were correct! Drive thru closes at 4pm also. Ugh!

This is the worst Huntington in the area. Horrible service...horrible lines. My recommendation is drive out of your way to go to a different one
