Super unprofessional I made sure I scheduled an appointment I asked for a not busy time she scheduled me at 12:15 it took me 20 min to get there lol and behold they were packed I wait another 10mins to be told they double booked my time slot I just can't get over how unprofessional this branch was...there were 2 women beside me who's appointment began at noon they were just being taken back at 12:25 seems like maybe they didn't double book either was they clearly don't value they're CUSTOMERS time...and by the if customer ask for a NOT busy time maybe don't schedule them at 12:15 I mean seriously who'd of thought.

I have always had a good experience here - the people are nice and helpful and service is as fast as it is at any other bank. It's by far my favorite Huntington branch that I've visited and will continue to come back!

Really bad service and I don’t accept it at all. There were two employees were talking together and they told me to sit and wait til they called me and they are not doing anything just talking. I hope that the manager can watch all his/her employees because people have important things to do. people don’t have time to wait for their employees (the two lovers) to finish their conversation. Also, I don’t think that the manager give them money for their conversation. When they are in work they have to work not have a conversation with his girlfriend. definitely I will change my bank.

Not only is Huntington a good bank, but everyone at this branch is awesome and really nice. Chealsea, one of the tellers, went above and beyond fighting with the printer just to make me some copies. She deserves a raise.

There's no sign visible from the road or parking lot, but a sign on the door says the lobby is open by appointment only, and the only appointments available were the next day or later.

ATM works 50% of the time, went through outside drive and sat for 10 minutes no one acknowledged me at all and there were 2 people running the drive through only onecar in it, ATM in Kroger parking lot has not worked for days.

This location used to be fast and friendly. Now it's a joke

Despite being in the drive through line well before closing they took an inordinate amount of time on the customer before me, going a few min past closing, then refused to process a simple deposit.

They have been very good good to me. I like the Huntington, it is an old institution with over one hundred years of community service. MAZEL TOV!

Extremely slow service. Atms never have cash. Seriously awful bank I need to switch to a different one all together every branch sucks
