Good Vibes: I don't understand the poor reviews. I opened an account on 6.24.22 with Skilar. He was great!!! He was helpful, welcoming, efficient, outgoing and very personable. On her way out, the branch manager greeted me as well. I personally had a terrific experience at this branch!!!

I just need to add I hate this drive way. With having both lines atm and teller window it's hard to fit both cars going around especially when there isn't anyone going inside so these are your only 2 options so the lines get very long. Also at this location people use driveway to go to the light etc but obviously you can't because of the lines block it. Which also blocks parking and thats annoying when bank is open inside. But anyway I had to go to window i was 4th car back I waited 30 minutes. Teller was very nice when I got to window and apologized for long wait and thanked me for waiting.

Kevin was unprofessional, rude, took his time walking around office. Worst service from bankers I have ever experienced.

If you have any banking you need to get done, you need to see Steven at this branch. Super professional, friendly and highly detail oriented. He made opening my business account a breeze.

Always fine. They just need to keep the ATM filled on Friday

Omg! (The one in willoughby)Do NOT go there! I originally made my account online. I was asked to bring documentation in. When my daughter and I went down there. I was blocked at the door and told they couldn't service me. There were no bankers available. Yet I saw bankers sitting down doing nothing. She asked me to go to another bank. Apparently, I needed an appointment. Rather than offer me appointment. This lady told me to go to another bank! Don't waste your time!!!

They have been nothing but good to me. Never had a problem, never screwed me over, always helped me. At worst sometimes the women behind the counter would seem a bit stressed, but hey they're human and I get it.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. We were members of Huntington until we went to this one. We had a sale near by and put up a sign on their lawn by the street for it. It was a sale for a recent window who didn't have any money left to pay bills. So she was having a estate sale. The sign was gone the next day. Turned out we are suppose to ask them (we didn't know). So we went to Huntington the next morning about 5 minutes before they opened and had the signs in our hand. They wouldn't open the door so we talked through the glass. We explained but she didn't care and didn't want the sign there. The lady swore at us and yelled and put her hand up like "Whatever!". Super rude and disgusting person. The OTHER places at all the corners (even the abandoned property) had no problem with us putting signs up. After that we left Huntington and went to somewhere else.

Awful experience, worst Huntington I've ever been too. Tellers don't listen to the customer and mess up transactions. Whatever you do do not deposit a check here

I prefer the one on mentor ave. But I live near here so I deal. But Matt is the nicest and most helpful guy here he's always a pleasure to work with
