Huntington Bank London Groveport Rd, Grove City

Steven Hanby is the Branch Manager at this location and he is superb and truly goes the extra mile for Huntington customers. I would recommend this branch over the one on Stringtown Road - even as this location is smaller.

The staff at this branch offer the Best customer service !

Happy I closed my secondary accounts at Huntington. I clearly made the right decision after the rather impersonal and snooty attitude when I stated I wanted to close my account. She even demanded my ATM card! Lol. She failed to mention I would not have access to any online records immediately nor did she even ask me a reason why I was leaving (before or after she checked my low balances). The teller even made a little sarky comment on my low balances. She was clearly judging me on the money a had with them. Poor form (pun intended) She stated I would see my accounts closed on my final statement - which I usually recieve on the website). Hopefully they mail it.

I called last week with just one question. I was told that all their people were busy who would know the answer but they would give me a call back so I left my name and number. It’s been a full week and I haven’t had a call back from that location. Unfortunately, I had better luck with their 800 number, even having to wait on hold to finally reach someone.

I have always had a great experience with this bank! Wonderful employees!

Bank manager and employees at this location are very rude and unprofessional, do not trust them with any of your financial accounting services and/or your money,as they are awful at implementing services that they are hired to do and will lose your money in the process. It wasnt until I informed them that my attorney will be seeking legal action is when they fulfilled the duties correctly that was required of them. I have banked with Huntington for 20 years and this is how they treat their good customers,beware! I definitely decided to switch to another bank, and also reported them to the Better Business Bureau!

I used to live in Grove City but moved away to Reynoldsburg. I really liked this Huntington location. Employees are friendly, has that small town feel. I even drove back to this location to get a home loan, they were super helpful and always available. I have banked with Huntington for 20 years. I would recommend this location to not only you but anyone in my family as well. Thanks Huntington "Go Blue Jackets"!

very rude and turn you away if you show any disapprovel toward them not cashing a check when you have more then enough money in account to cover it just because it a counter check from there own bank

Nice staff but can get better rates for CDs elsewhere
