Huntington Bank N Rand Rd, Barrington

Branch management at this location (in place as of Feb 2022) should be fired. They are not aligned with Huntington core values that I have come to appreciate after so many years as a Huntington customer. Taking my business elsewhere is very easy to do.

Unethical and deceptive business practices. If you use this bank, watch out for Mark Dean, Geeta, and Winston Dacuycuy. I would suggest bringing an attorney when signing paperwork. They "slipped in" a document among 30 other pages when signing up for a loan that ultimately cost me $1602 in interest (and still accruing interest til the loan is paid off. They were unwilling to work towards a resolution. I am partially to blame because I did sign the paperwork they handed me without reading all 30 pages in full at the signing, but who would really do that? Use another bank if you have a choice.

Trust Rob Jones if you are buying or looking to refinance a home

I refinanced 3 houses this year through Rob Jones and had an excellent experience. Communication was great and completely transparent. Rob is a creative loan officer that offered me several options until we found one that met my needs for the properties. The first place I would go if I need to finance a loan again.

I am happy with Huntington, they are all very kind. good service I recommend it
