Everyone who works here is fantastic. Sherry is the sweetest lady, just awesome needs a raise. But the bank itself it's very much worth it to have an account with them.

My parents had an account with this branch. When they passed away, I tried to close the account over the phone since I live out of state and not near any branches. The account had only about $1.36 remaining and they would not do it without a signed notarized letter. I said that was ridiculous for such a small amount and I would not do that. They continued to assess monthly fees then turned it over to a collection agency. Very cold and disrespectful treatment.

Tried to withdraw money i had deposited many weeks ago. Was not allowed ti withdraw. It. At branch teller window. Be careful !!

Everyone in the branch is great to deal with. Especially all the women on the front lines of the teller window

Wish i had something nice to say about how this bank treats its customers. Unwilling to help in almost every instance when I try to manage my account. Would give zero stars if i could. Will be closing my account as soon as they stop making me jump through hoops.

I called the bank because an account had been open in my name and was getting up there in debt. When i called the bank a lady answer i believe her name was Jeannette or janness I am not very sure but she was entirely rude she repeated her answer and would not let me speak to her supervisor and then she just hung up on me after she said she will not tolerate me. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD... and I am not even with the bank some thief is. Terrible bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first company checking account was opened here it was easy and no hidden fees.

It's monday and the doors are locked, waited 45 minutes for drive thru.
