Very friendly people and helps their customers in every way possible. They offer great advice and explain everything you need to know (especially for those who need things explained in simple terms). Ben is the guy I would recommend to talk to.

I went to talk to my banker about fraudulent activity that had recently taken place in my account I have with Huntington. All of my money was taken from my account by a hacker in another country. I asked for my banker (Ginny) but she wasnt in at the time. I was "helped" by a woman named Danielle I believe? Not an informative or pleasant experience. My girlfriend and I were immediately met with an attitude, as if I had inconvenienced her day by coming to her with an issue I'm sure she wouldn't like to experience herself. I've been with Huntington for 7 years and have swore by them. Following the conclusion of my situation I will be taking my business elsewhere. I've heard that first financial fixes these problems within minutes of your arrival at the store with proof that you have had money stolen. Perhaps I will start there.

Love this branch and always go there for my banking. Chad Younts is the best, so helpful and professional, as well as everyone who works there, Ben, Ginny, Linda and all the tellers. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was greeted professional and the teller remembered me from the downtown Bank and remembered my last name and I haven't seen her for years, very impressed.
