Huntington Bank Market Square Dr, Streetsboro

I’ve been coming to this Huntington to get change for work, never had a problem until today… sorry I don’t know her name but the older foreign lady told me today that I can’t get anymore change because I have been coming in too much. I have an account with them and everything, absolutely a disgrace.. will never be going there again

Went in today to withdraw funds from my account. I had just received my paper copy of my drivers license from the BMV up the street. Which I used as my identification when trying to withdraw funds. The teller states they don’t accept a state issued form of identification because it was paper and they mail the actual identification cards now. I explain to her this is my replacement until the new comes in the mail and I lost my old one. She then asks me if I know anyone that works in the bank. I asked her why? I’m assuming so they could vouch for me. However I would love to see where at in the policy does it say a state issued form of identification is not valid to withdraw funds but an employee who can vouch for you will grant you access to your account. I assume it had much to do with the fact I am black and was in Streetsboro which is predominately white. The lady I’m assuming was possibly management was standing next to her the entire time and said just accept it finally after I’m sure she saw me becoming upset. Moral of the story be sure to know an employee to access your funds or go in white face if your black so you don’t automatically get looked down on.

Never had any problems and everyone is always friendly

Been longer than two weeks since I applied for a mortgage pre approval, still haven't heard anything from Huntington, just stopped in and they said we think we called you, and there is only one person who can give me any answers. ( She's on vacation for 4 more days) in my opinion they could have contacted me through email or voicemail. Also the banker was completely rude when I expressed how I felt about the situation in a calm manner with a rude smirk on her face. I will take my business to someone who wants it.

One of the WORST Huntington Branches I’ve ever been to, Kelsey Williams, one of the employees there, is always so rude and disgusting every time I visit. She called the police on me today because I raised my voice at her after she raised hers, she thought the police was going to do something but they even knew that she was being ridiculous which is why they did absolutely nothing!

I like how there are so many lanes for banking and multiple entries
